This company will completely destroy your lawn while taking down your tree. And then when you say anything about it, they will scream at you on the phone about your complaints. There are plenty of other tree companies in the area DO NOT USE THIS ONE. See attached pictures for the lawn destruction. Note: That whole area was grass except where the tree was in the very corner of the yard.

10/10. We woke up to one of our large trees fallen into our dog yard, crushing our fence. They just happened to be in the neighborhood and we asked if there was any chance they could squeeze us in sometime soon and lucky for us they could! Great price, better than what some neighbors estimated us based off past services. Quick and professional in and out in less than 2 hours. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a terrible customer service experience with this company. I requested a quote which took well over a week to obtain. When I tried to schedule them to perform the work, I was again delayed and they never returned my calls so I had to keep calling them even though I was told I would be contacted for an appointment. Then, they kept delaying since they "wouldn't be in the area" (guess I wasn't a valuable customer). Twice they said they would contact me to schedule an appointment the following week and neither time did I hear back from them. Also, their customer service can't schedule work to be done and constantly says "I'll get back to you", which is poor customer service and they don't actually call back. I would never recommend this company.

Large (40+ feet, 2 ft diameter, 2 ft from house) sweet gum needed removal. They didn't use rolling equipment to get to the backyard. They had about 6 people, one climbed the tree. The only complaint was that they drove a large truck (shredder) onto my front yard driving over some plantings and leaving tire impressions. They didn't warn me. They apologized and it appears that no permanent damage was done.

Could not be happier. Called UnLimbited for a quote and received a response in one day. I could schedule for a day I was off work. Representative Joseph Ballard arrived on time and gave a quote that was $700 less than the other six quotes I received from other companies. Quote was give on 11-18-18, and UnLimited allowed me to schedule the work the beginning of January, so the expense would be in my 2019 budget. The removal of the tree could not have gone better. Workers were very skilled and professional. The workers arrived on time. They followed specific directions of not walking on neighbor's lawn who was concerned about this. They removed one huge Maple tree without any problems or complications. They did not damage any surrounding areas including my screened in porch. They cleaned up all debris. This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. From a great price to all debris completely removed. As a consumer, I could not be happier with my decision to use UnLimited Tree Service.

I have a large Silver Maple tree with a couple of branches hanging over my house. When the squirrel began using them as a route to my attic, they had to go. I called Unlimbited because they had done work for my next door neighbor and the reviews here on AL and elsewhere were outstanding. Josh came out to look at it the morning after I called and gave me the same recommendation as a competitor, but at half the price. Then, because he had an idle crew, he gave me an additional $50 off if he could do the work that same day. We had a prior commitment that afternoon, so I can't comment on the crew, but the tree looks great!

The work was completed efficiently and carefully for the most part (a few errant branches slammed down onto the deck); cleanup was generally fine though a few smaller trimmings were missed.

The crew arrived early, were very professional and very nice. They did a wonderful job on dropping the tree, removing all of the wood (whether mulching it or removing the trunk via a bobcat) and cleaning up the area. Other than the tree not there any more, you can't tell they were there. They cleaned up all the leaves and small branches, raked the neighbors driveway that they used to come into our backyard and put the part of the fence that they had to remove in order to get the mulcher down close enough to the tree. They also smoothed out all divets that the truck and mulcher created in our yard. There was absolutely no damage to the fence that was right up against the tree. Awesome job!!

Jeremy and the team did an excellent job. Very prompt communication. A tremendous effort was put forth by everyone from the tree crew to the office staff. These are professionals whom I will hire again. Not cheap... but done perfectly for this perfectionist. I negotiated two discounts off of this approximate cost. So, be sure to ask for any possible discounts.

Great service! Requested a consulation around 9am on a Monday, someone was out to my house by 3pm same day to take a look. The crew was at my house at 9am the next day to trim the tree. They were done and cleaned up within an hour. Took good care when transporting branches to not scratch anything, and worked quickly and professionally. Even trimmed a few extra branches.

Overall went well. David is great guy to work with.

They have always been easy to work with and have been punctual and clean up as required. I would definitely use them again.

We contacted the office of “Un Limb ited” Tree Service Inc.” Thursday April 20, 2017 to have a quote given for removing a dead tree and possibly trimming some other trees. They responded quickly and professionally by arranging an appointment with their Sales Representative Jeremy Levee for the next day Friday April 21st. Mr. Levee arrived promptly at the arranged time. We walked the property to see the dead tree and the others that needed trimming. His quoted price was very reasonable for the work needed and even more impressive was the scheduling of the work for the morning of Monday April 24th. A five man crew arrived early to the agree time and after a brief discussion of the work to be done with Israel the crew foreman, Mr. Levee also showed up to assure there was no misunderstanding about the project. Israel and crew worked swiftly and efficiently. They were polite, professional, and respectful of our property. At the end of the job, they made sure we were satisfied with the work performed. They left the wood wanted for firewood and cleaned and raked the yard to remove any unwanted branches and twigs. Based on this experience, we would highly recommend them and will consider them for future tree work.

They did a very good job removing the tree. In the process they did leave some minor lawn damage also the scheduling with the removal of the stump was kind of last minute before I actually got a date. They cleaned up very well and the work took roughly two hours tops.

Exceptionally well. They sent someone out at first light, had a crew on site before 11 AM and had the tree off the roof in three hours. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and we'll be using them again.

I scheduled the consult through their office a little over a week ago - Mike called this morning to confirm the estimate of $480 and to let me know they would have a crew in the area today if I wanted to have the work done. I said yes and the crew arrived just after 1000 and were done by 1115. They did an amazing job - the trees look great - and they cleaned up so thoroughly it looks like they were never here. They also took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, and what to look for afterwards to make sure the trees stayed healthy. They were a delight to work with and I would gladly use them again. Thank you!

I emailed Unlimbited to request an estimate and was contacted by Mike the next morning. He was going to be going thru the area in the next hour so said he'd take a look and call me back. By that afternoon he had called with a very competitive estimate and indicated they could take the tree down in late afternoon the next day. A five man crew arrived at 4 pm and were pulling out by 5 pm - they had incredible equipment that winched up and ate the tree whole. The entire area was cleaned up and looked better than it had before they started. I won't hesitate to call them again for future jobs and have already referred them to a friend.

These guys did a great job. Our trees hadn't been cared for in a long time and they did a great job elevating and core thinning the trees. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviews, but Ray was great to deal with and they were literally half the cost of their competition.

Came to property and gave me a quote the same day I called, the next day the crew was there and removed the tree. Excellent work and cleaned everything up around the site before they left.

This tree's huge leads (limbs) were overhanging the roof structures of both our house and our next door neighbors, posing a significant safety threat to both homes. This procedure entailed a great deal of care and know-how on the part of these professionals, they had the right equipment and they did great. Debris removal was thorough and the crew even fine-raked the remainder off both our lawns. By comparison to the other 'experts' we've had in the past, these guys were superb in all aspects. Our neighbors with whom we split the cost were also very pleased. The man of the house is a home improvement general contractor and was very impressed.

I had been concerned about two large poplars that tower over our house. Sure enough, two large branches came down during an ice storm and damaged our gutters. I called up 4 companies to come view the trees and provide estimates. Unlimbited responded quickly to my request and stopped by the house while I was at work. We discussed the job over the phone and he provided me with an estimate by email within 24 hours. Although the price was not the absolute lowest quoted ($2400 vs $2000), it was for the most work and he had the best review history. I had insurance and license info readily forwarded to me. Insurance was critical due to how close the trees were to the house. Within the week, I had a crew at the house doing an expert job on my tall trees. They did all three within one day, despite the complexity of the job. One branch nicked a gutter. They notified me and fixed it themselves, which was great. Stump grinding occurred within 10 days. They allowed a 75/25% pay plan btwn dates

I received a coupon in the mail for a free estimate so I called and scheduled one. Mike came out and took a look. I told him my primary concern was the safety of the trees in my back yard. He recommended 2 trees be taken down and few more to be trimmed. I waited to finalize a contract with him until I received 2 additional estimates from other companies. He called me and left me messages every day until I decided to hire him. He was able to throw in a free cable for a split oak I had on my property and his price was still the lowest estimate I received. The work was performed over the course of 1.5 days. Everything was fine until one of the workers rang my doorbell and said that they were done. I wanted to make sure everything was completed so I told him to wait a minute. One of the trees, the cabling and the trimming had all been completed to my satisfaction. The second tree however was cut down, cut into logs and simply left where it fell. No stacking of the fire wood and no clean up like Mike promised. When I told the worker that I had told Mike that I wanted it stacked neatly and it was I expressed my concerns to the worker and he turned and walked away. While he was disrespecting me and walking away he turned and said and quot;Call Mikeand quot;. I was in a state of disbelief. To his credit, Mike did call me the day after the work was done to check if everything went OK. I told him what had happened and later that week he sent over another crew to stack the wood like we agreed. The replacement crew was to come back sometime between 2/28 - 3/3. They finally came today, 3/6. Overall I am satisfied that the work eventually got completed.

Service was great from the office to the removal. Prompt, professional, perfect job!

I am thrilled with their work. I was so concerned about the large tree next to the house, but I didn't want to remove it. They opened the canopy and braced key branches with wires so if a branch breaks, it should pull from the house. They were unable to grind the two stumps from the trees they cut down because of their close proximity to an old shed and fence. The company gave me a credit for these two stumps, and I will definitely have them come back and grind the stumps after I'm able to clean up the back yard. Everything was cleaned up and removed from the site. My neighbor is so happy about the trimming and bracing of the silver maple as many of the branches were hanging over her house. They arranged for a drop of our power for a day (because of the trees close proximity to lines) and the power was restored by 5:30 pm, so my neighbor was not inconvenienced.
