The Maids

I have been using them for over a year. The are bonded and have a key to my house, no issues. If you want reliable thorough clean with friendly customer service I would recommend them.

The cleaning involved mopping the floor in the bathroom and kitchen and vacuuming the carpeting throughout as well as vacuuming crevices. I have mobility issues so their cleaning was superb.

At first it was OK. I had to call the office about some details but then it was OK. But They often spent excessive time on frivilous things, such as tightening all the bath gels and shampoo bottles, beraking some in the process, or hand polishing figurines and vases and breaking some of these. I was not told when they broke items and had to call to find out where they had put the pieces. They missed obvious areas such as room celiing corners, baseboards, and cabinet fronts. It became very frustrating as they did not speak English so I have difficulty in communicating with any of them. One time, they had a very loud and angry argument while I was in the house and I had to go and ask them to quiet down. The manager was helpful and flexible about the schedule, but after about 18 months of this, I stopped using the service.

We have been using them for about 6 months now. They have come consistently on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and did a thorough job each time throughout the whole house. We have a lot of "things" such as paperwork and knickknacks on our desks, shelves and kitchen counters. Some might even say we have a bit of clutter :) They do an amazing job dusting and cleaning under all of it and carefully placing items back, so papers can still be found and knickknacks are still in place. That is the part I always hated most about doing the cleaning myself, so I love being able to trust them to do such a good job with that.

Monthly cleaning. Have used them for over 10 years. When I worked they came 2 times per month. Since retirement they only come monthly. I appreciate having the same team come each time. They know my home and my priorities. Office staff Bobbie and Cheryl are very nice and accommodating.

They did excellent work. They were on time. They performed admirably.

It was really good when they came out to clean my house. Everything was very clean and nice. I left the key out for them and they had everything cleaned up when I got back. I was not home when they came out and I used Team 6. They mentioned that 4 cleaners would come out and I already have them scheduled to come back for next week. They were very easy with the estimate over the phone. What I also like about them, is it feels like I really can trust this company.

I have used them for years and they are wonderful. I like that this company comes when they say they are going to come out. They also send in a team. They do a very thorough job, they are efficient and they are well trained. I am here when they come out and they do a great job. Typically they stay for over an hour and bring 4 cleaners. The girls who they send are very nice, friendly and pleasant. They always do a wonderful job.

I am happy with them. They always do a really good job. Normally I am not home, but they have the same team that comes out and anytime that I have a request they accommodate for that. I contact Bobbi or Linda with my requests. They come out and clean the house that I rent; there are 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and basement too. I was very impressed about the company and the employees reputation. I know that they are going to take care of me.

They are very good. I use them bi-weekly. The same cleaners, team 10, comes out for me.Iit is a team of 4 woman and they come out for me and they stay for about an hour or more. I have been using them for about 8 years now. They are very thorough and I have no complaints on their cleaning. The women are very friendlily. I have no issues with their cleaning products either. They are very accommodating and work with me on my schedule. The office people are also very friendly; I speak with Bobbi mostly.

As my husband said, "It looks like we never lived here!" The Maids did a fantastic job. And the price was great, too. We plan to use them in our new home at least once a year to give everything a good scrub!

They do a very good job in the kitchen and bathroom, which is what is most important to me. With regard to the vacuuming and dusting, that can be a hit or miss sometimes, which is why I gave them a B in Quality. Overall I am very happy and will continue to use them.

The cleaning team comes to my home while I am at work once a month and does a thorough cleaning. I have been using this service for a couple of years and am very satisfied with it. They call a day ahead to remind me that they will be there, they arrive at a set time and leave a note with the details when they leave. The cleaning is thorough and professionally done

They do great work. They are flexible with my schedule. I like to be here when they come by. I have used them for awhile.

They are great to work with. I like the people who come, they are friendly and they listen to my needs well. They leave a card and a note after they depart from cleaning. You are not able to request a time, they call you the day before to let you know when they will arrive. I wish I could request a specific time. However, they are great cleaners and they don't miss a spot! They are by far the best and I can trust them.

They were a little more expensive than I anticipated. They were thorough but a little slow. A couple times they were all in one spot and not really moving to get the work done. It took about 3 or 4 hours total. My house is not that big so that was a little shocking. The scheduling was fine, they came on time and were awesome as far as timing goes.

The work has turned out pretty good. At times I get them to do other parts of my house but it is on an as needed basis. They are very dependable in terms of the day and the time that they come. Their flexible when it comes to re-scheduling. The workers are very courteous and their are usually 3-5 workers that come.

They get in and clean like crazy. Everything is spotless. I have never have issues with them, nothing is ever missing or broken. They are truly a professional company. They always call the day before to give me a time they are coming to work on my home. They are very nice people.

The service was great. The price is reasonable. They do more than clean. They do a lot of little things, like organizing the rooms.

The services are okay. They move things around and don’t put them back. Turn on light switches and don't turn them off and other little things like that. The beds don’t seem properly made, they don’t tuck the sheets in. However, overall things are cleaned.

They did an excellent job. This was a "move-in" clean - my wife and I had closed on the house the day prior to the Maids coming. It was a short sale, and the previous owners didn't do all that great of a job cleaning up. The refrigerator / freezer was disgusting (green moldy gunk covered several shelves on the inside of the door), the kitchen tile countertop was grimy to the touch, bathroom tile grout was moldy, and the floors were dirty. The Maids left the place spotless. It was well worth the money.

I love them! They are fantastic. They are just the greatest. They go through the house like tornado and everything is clean. There is four of them at a time and they really do a great job.

We hired them because we were moving to a new home and needed this home thoroughly cleaned up after everything was moved out. The told us that is would be $250 but would give us a $25 discount for the 1st cleaning and being an Angie's List member. Then I received a bill for $294.80 because they said they had to stay longer than anticipated and she had to pay her 3 girls. I had ask that she call me 1/2 hour before coming because we were packing and moving and I wanted to be there. I left the key under the mat and I hadn't heard from her so I called and was told they were there and I never received a call. She did apologize that the girls just got there. They certainly didn't get there at 1pm I know. And I'm still unsure of why they had to stay longer, I just didn't see the necessity there. Then they end up charging me way over what I was originally quoted. They did a pretty good job but just don't think I would use them again.

Overall I can see no reason to ever give up The MAIDS!
