Everything went very well. They cleaned my whole home with the exception of the attic and basement. Very happy with the work they did.

I like that we've had the same team clean our home for a few years and I've gotten to know them. They are friendly and if I ask them to do anything specifically, they do it. Scheduling is easy and they send between 5-6 crew members. Even though I think that the price is a bit high, they are the best maid service that we've used.

I didn’t hire them because the quote was higher than they competitors. However, they were very professional, knew the area, and were persistent.

It was fantastic. I've used them for several years and in general I'm pleased. Somewhat recently, there was an accident in the house with a spill, which was disappointing. However, they sent a handyman and made everything beautiful again.

They are fine. Scheduling is easy, they come every month, and know what time to come. They call the day before to let me know what time they'll be here. They are courteous and I have no complaints.

Some teams are better than others. All respond promptly to any problems. It is usually easy to make changes my clean day or to change what rooms are cleaned. The price is right for the service. My current team would get an A. Overall I would give an A. One team had a problem letting me or the office know of delays. At my request I got another team within 2 cleans.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was very impressed! We had signed the lease on a house and were moving in in a few days, and weren't going to have time to give it a good deep clean. I submitted a request via the website for a quote, and received a call within an hour or 2. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and went through a very thorough list of what the cleaning crew would dofor a move-in clean. She gave me an estimate of 2 hours for a 4 person team and was able to set me up with an appointment on fairly short notice, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up right at the end of the quoted time frame - I wouldn't have minded earlier but hey... I was quoted a time frame and they definitely hit it, so I can't complain about that! They went to work *immediately*, while the team lead asked me to show her around and explain what I would like done in each room. I was dubious 4 people would be able to clean a 4 bed/3 bath house in 2 hours but they were definitely hustling. Ultimately, they actually ended up finishing 15 minutes early! The team lead had me walk around and check everything, and asked me multiple times if I was satisfied with the quality of work - I most certainly was! They hit a lot of places I thought for sure would be missed - tops of door frames, tops of outlet covers, window frames, baseboards in corners, etc... all cleaned. I was really impressed with the attention to detail. A fair warning though - they don't do walls. Mine had some marks and smudges on them that I hoped they'd take care of but... not a big deal, really. I was very happy with the whole experience - from the initial quote through the call I received a few days later just to check in and make sure I was happy. I would absolutely recommend The Maids to friends! Thank you!

Team 10 from The Maids came to clean my house on April 8, 2014. I have a 4 bedroom house. The Team consisted of 4 people with one designated Team Leader. I am very particular about a clean house and everything in its place. I have had other cleaning services in the past but always ended up cancelling the service because I was not satisfied with the results they provided. Since I keep my house very clean and neat, I honestly felt that many of them took short cuts and didn?t do everything that they advertised that they would do. I must say that I was thoroughly satisfied with the efforts of Team 10 from the Maids. They were very organized in terms of the location of the house where each of them would clean. They arrived during the designated time frame and I recall that they were here for the first clean for about 2 hours which is a total of 8 hours, counting 4 people. In addition to performing a thorough cleaning, all of them were very friendly and cheerful. When they were done, the Team Leader asked me to look throughout the house and let them know if everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I took a look around and was very pleased with the outcome. The house had that clean, fresh smell, not one that reeks of ammonia or harsh chemical cleaners. At the end, I received a small pocketed folder which included a card with The Maids phone number, a small notepad, the pricing for future cleaning services, a brochure about the company and another insert which provides the email addresses for all the management personnel. This demonstrates the level of thoroughness and communication that this company clearly embodies. I have scheduled another cleaning and would highly recommend The Maids for your future cleaning needs.

The Maids performed all the services promised - loaded dishwasher, collected trash, made beds, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned floors, kitchen and bathrooms. They did an excellent job overall. I like that they bring all cleaning supplies with them.

And, the operations manager was not willing to work with me to schedule another appt. She simply ignored my last email. When I called the office another time, the scheduler behaved as if they were not interested in my business, stating they did not have any open appointments.

Do a great job that holds for the month. I'd have them come over every other week but the pricing structure makes that a little more expensive than I can afford. Would recommend them to anyone.
