Description of Work: They were to clean specific rooms. They took too long working in one area. They worked in the same room together andI felt that prolonged time. They just did a wipe off cleaning. Didn't really use cleaning products to clean granite, glassware, tile floors. Some of the areas were not touched at all. How can you clean a room and not touch the bed. Well that is what I encountered. and they didn't go above and beyond.

Description of Work: Four woman cleaned 3bedroom 2.5 bathrooms townhouse. The first visit was exceptional. they were here for 2 hours and never stopped. Second visit was one hour and not as effective especially in the bathrooms. I woul use them again though. They are very professional and clear about what to expect.

Description of Work: They are both a very professional and proficient team. Team 6 is assigned to me and I have had a lot of professional cleaners in the past. This team does the best job of any of the prior cleaning people. The cost is a bit higher than I thought it would be but they are well worth it.

Description of Work: I have use the Maids for about 4-5 years now. I used to think I was getting a bargain with individual cleaning people. In the past I had great individuals but they got older and retired. Butwhen I tried to find new people I never got my money's worth, and the job was less than I was used to. |Then I called the Maids. What a surprise. Their work is excellent. The value in the long run is good. I go to the Bahamas for six months each year. My daughter is in my home so I continue to have them come. She has no issues with them and always know when they will arrive. I know I can count on them even in my absence. I love my team.

Description of Work: The Maids was our residential cleaning service company for at least 3 years. They were always responsive to my scheduling requests and fixed issues quickly the rare times they occurred.
