 + -1 moreOverall the service is generally good. They do their work in about an hour. While they always complete the floors and shine the sinks and bathrooms, I have noticed, over time, that they cut corners by glossing over things that "look" clean. For example: Rugs are to be vacuumed every clean but I have noticed more than once that my oriental style rug is not cleaned well or the area around the area carpets have debris remaining. There have been a couple of incidents that things have been thrown out that obviously should not be in the trash like silver baby silverware (some items are still missing) and minor broken items but an apology or call came from the service to fix it. The reality is that the service is very good if you want your home clean. They are 100% reliable, prompt and the workers/staff are very nice and work to resolve problems. Every now and again I find they do something extra - usually in my son's room with his toys nicely organized on his bed or toilet paper made into a triangle in the bath.
Description of Work: I chose the maids on recommendation from a friend that had this service. They send out teams of 4 people to work together. I paid $300 for the initial clean and have them come every 2 weeks. They have different prices based on how often you have them come (it is cheaper if you have them come more often). They clean all floors, dust, blinds, bathrooms: tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, kitchen: counters, appliances, neaten things. You music cancel at least 24 hours in advance and the charge a $50 lock out fee if they can't get it which is reasonable in my view. They do not charge for cancellations according to policy and do not upcharge if you miss a few cleans.
