Jeff and his crew were professional and patient throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and details required for HOA approval. He accomodated all my special requests; 5 ft cedar fence with New England style post caps, single side yard gate and double back gate both with concave dips. Had to wait a few weeks after HOA approval and intial payment for special ordered materials to arrive. Installation was scheduled soon after ( the crew even carefully removed a couple of shrubs along the fence line I wanted to save). The crew arrived on time and quickly installed the fence on a super hot day. Jeff stopped by to check on the project that afternoon. Installation began at 8am and was completed by 3pm. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris and demonstrated how to open and close gate latches. Fence looks great! Would hire again.

Jeff and his team were great. They showed up on time and finished my fence in about 3 hours which was so amazing to me. Communication was also a huge plus for me. Poor communication is a pet peeve of mine and Jeff always responded quickly via text or email. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

Put up my wood picket fence in one day. Looks perfect and all the gates open and shut with ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

The job went great! A robust crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They removed and hauled away almost 300 feet of old fencing and replaced it with new vinyl fencing. The whole job was done beautifully in just over 5 hours. Top-notch company!

I got 3 estimates for my new deck. All 3 were pretty close in price, but Jeff with Scutro made me feel comfortable right away and knew exactly what we needed and how it should be done. The crew worked very fast and everything was completed above and beyond what we expected. We went from an old rotting pile of wood to a beautiful Trex masterpiece. At least a dozen neighbors have stopped by to compliment how well it looks and inquire about getting theirs done. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again for future project on our other properties.

We were in the market for a new privacy fence for a new home. We had to not only consider the cost but the timing of the install. Nicholas and his crew were not only able to come in with a competitive bid, but also could complete the project within weeks, not months like the other bids we had received!!! The fence is exactly what we desired. It has been about a month and have not seen any noticeable issues. We will be using Scutro again to install a small patio. Can’t wait!!!

Jeff is very personable, punctual and great to work with. We spoke on the phone and he was able to schedule me quickly to come out to provide a free estimate. I appreciated that he was familiar with the community and was familiar with HOA approval. Once HOA approval was received I was scheduled within a week. Two guys were sent out to complete the install and were done by the afternoon. They hauled away all of the dirt, trash and left the area just like it was when they arrived. The fence looks great. Jeff was a pro. He came out on my schedule and measured and gave me a fast turn around on a quote. He was accurate and started promptly when he said the project would start. The day of installation the crew showed up on time and walked me through the process. They were very courteous and polite. There was no cleanup needed. Permits and plans were given to me promptly for my records. I would recommend Jeff and the team for future needs.

My experience with Scutro Properties was truly amazing! We live in a row home and wanted our fence to go from brick to brick including on our patio. This was a challenge, however they got creative, worked through it, and it turned out amazing! The fence turned out just as we have envisioned. Their attention to detail was truly remarkable.

Jeff fence team did a fantastic job. They pay attention on my picky request that the fence has to be installed on the slope and build the gate as my way. I think the money on this project is well spent.

These guys were great. After meeting with 5 contractors, I decided to go with Scutro. They weren't the cheapest, but I felt most comfortable with them. I'm glad I did. Initiated process on Nov. 08. Couple of delay due to weather but patio was done on Dec.01. Jeff was responsive and care for small jobs like mine. It is too early to talk about the quality of work however I believe they did a good job. I like it at the moment. I will update the quality of the work later maybe couple of months later. So far I am pleased to do business with Jeff. Considering the weather condition patio was done in timely manner. I recommend Scutro for patio job.

We decided to go with Scutro Properties because they gave us the best price quote (and we shopped around for 6 months before we found them). What we didn’t know at the time is how much we would love their work. Our fence is beautiful to every little detail. We got the fence so that the dog could run around without a leash but I don’t know who’s happier with the fence…. The dog or my wife!!!! Not only do they do great work, they are very efficient. They finished our fence in less than a day and their clean up was immaculate. You would never even know they were there.
