 + -1 moreExcellent honest repair company. They even refund some of money because the part was less than estimated. Who does that these days very honest professional repair company. Will only deal with them from now on
Description of Work: Washer and Dryer repair. They reapired the clutch on the washer. As an added complimentary service they even cleaned the unit. WOW.

 + -1 moreIt went great! Mr. Dobson found that my Dryer wasn't heating because the heating element had burned out. He also informed me that the vents needed cleaning, no one had ever told me that before. He was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. I found Mr. Dobson to friendly, very professional and very reasonably priced! I will definitely call Mr. Dobson for all appliance needs in the future.

Description of Work: I had my washer fixed in no time. The repair guy was punctual and after diagnosing my washer, I thought the quote he gave me was pretty reasonable and definitely cheaper than the big brand companies.

 + -1 moreHe came in and was polite and friendly and explained what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. And when he did fix my problem he made sure I was satisfied before leaving and showed me that my washer was working properly again.
