Description of Work: They did a great job. Explained how their business model worked and it is why I chose them. They got right to work and fixed what I thought was the problem with our toilets then actually able to point out another issue without us telling them (didn't push just asked if we were having a certain issue happen and we were), they need additional parts to fix but took care of those as well.

Description of Work: They came within the time frame set up in the appointment, checked my water heater and all the pipes in the house; luckily they found everything in good shape. Phil Hoover and helper were pleasant and professional.
