Very nice job, plumber came up with a good design so that I no longer have to crawl under the house to turn off the water to the outside shower for the winter!

We bought the $99 deal offered by Prime Plumbing to have them come out and assess the situation and make any repairs if needed. Turned out that the cited issues were actually non-issues, so no actual repair work was needed, but the plumber did do a thorough assessment and wrote up the report for us. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and respectful. I would definitely hire Prime Plumbing again!

We were able to schedule the work within a few days. Joe arrived promptly and quickly addressed the problem. He was friendly and professional. He even offered us suggestions on how to avoid recurrent drain issues. We highly recommend the service.

The Plumber was at my door exactly when he said he would be. He was very friendly and wasted no time in starting the taste on hand. After inventory, he provided all the required tools to remove and replace the toilet. After completion of the task, all the old parts were removed. The job was completed in a timely manner.

The service went perfectly. The workmen arrived promptly when expected, and the entire service took less than an hour. They pointed out some issues that needed to be repaired and gave me a quote for doing so, but they did not pressure me into making the decision on the spot. The were professional and courtesy the entire time.

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I wish I had got the other faucet replaced as well, which has started leaking now. If I am quoted a good price, I would have them come back to replace the other one.

He could not install the unit I provided

Good service overall! I wish they had taken more care of the lawn. The dirt all sank in and created a giant hole where the pipe was dug. Their new grass seed is now growing but there's a giant ditch in the yard. Maybe they could have patted down the dirt so it wouldn't sink in so much

I love the office personnel especially Mary! She was courteous and quick and prompt replies! She does customer service well! The plumber, Bill, was on time and polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We discussed the issues and quickly agreed on reasonable solutions. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need right away and were honest. I would hire them again!

It went well. They didn't do any work, they came to see what state all of our plumbing was in, and gave me a few hints. No work was really implemented, they just wanted to see what it looked like before they would say we will give you a three year agreement. They were nice, they just checked out everything was working so they didn't walk into a nightmare. They will always contact within 24 hours. They were right on time.

This time Bill(Batman) returned alone this time minus Liam(Robin) for this visit (see my review from July 2016). He set to work on revising the plumbing to the faucet, cutting off the old line and re-routing the new one to the new frost-free faucet. He pulled out the old faucet and close the line it was attached to and covered the hole. He also took the time to check my other faucet in the front for issues, tightening up it's hose attachments. As always, he was on-time, friendly, professional, considerate and thorough. That should say it all.

I wasn't too impressed. It took them 3 weeks to get here and once they got here, they couldn't fix the problem. The interaction with them was not a problem. They could come prepared.

I can tell you they did a good job, but I wasn't here when they did it. My wife was here, but she liked the guy and they did what they said they were going to do. They came out and they fixed the faucet. I was not here for that, but they replaced it and it doesn't leak anymore and everything works fine. They did a good job. They did not cost more than the price of the Big Deal. The price was good and they did a good job. My wife said that the guy was nice, did a good job, and explained everything to her.

It was okay. They replaced a couple items. I think they are a little high.

He showed up on time and got right to work. After installing the faucet, he blead out the water from the pipe under the house. So, all went well, but he collected $25 from me, and I thought this is what I owed for the faucet; however, later I looked at the deal, and realized that was supposesd to be included The next day, I saw that the faucet was leaking. I called the company and told them about that, and then asked why I was charged $25. She said that I had a freeze proof faucet installed and that was not covered in the deal. I told her that I did not ask for that, and if it was a freeze proof bibb, why did he turn off the water to the line. No response to that, and i went on to tell her that he left an opening all around the faucet which needed to be addressed. He came back out and sealed up the surrounding area around the bibb and turned the water back on under the house. So all ended well, and even tho' I checked that I would use them again, I may reconsider this after now remembering the details of what happened.

It went great. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a detailed explanation of some issues with my boiler (corroding connectors, incorrectly installed backflow valve, etc) and showed me how to tell that my boiler is about 36 years old, which I didn't know. They recommended that I get it replaced before it fails and I plan on hiring them again for that job after I get several other home projects taken care of first. After they flushed the system and bled the radiators my house is being heated much more evenly now. Overall, I think they're a good group and I plan on continuing to use their services in the future.

It went well. The techs arrived on time and completed the work quickly. There was a minor issue with one of the pop-ups (small leak). I called Prime and they quickly came back on a Saturday to correct the problem.

This job required a jackhammer to access the pipe in our laundry room. The technicians were competent and caring. They reassured us as they broke through concrete in the laundry room floor. The finishing touch was filling the hole with new concrete. We are good as new.

We are very pleased with the work that was done.
