They did fantastic job, although it took a while to get them to come do the job. It was worth the wait.

Paid $475 for replacing an outdoor spigot/valve and $245 for replacing a T-junction of a copper water pipe in the basement. When I received the quote I was told it was a big job, taking a whole morning (~4hours), that existing hole for the pipe through the basement wall needed to be enlarged for the new outdoor spigot/valve, etc.... Good salesmanship. On the day scheduled for the job, first job of the day I believe, they arrived 1h after the scheduled time, spent 15mins in the van and 15mins in my guest bathroom, and were done in a tad more than 2hrs (of course they did not adjust the cost based on reduced labor time; in fact to my surprise the bill did not even split cost into labor and hardware); the hole in the basement wall after all didn't need to be changed at all. I feel I was taken for a ride (Angie's list says the cost of replacing an outdoor spigot/valve is between $150 and $300, so this was more than 50% higher than the maximum of that range), so won't use them again. Time to learn how to fix copper plumbing too!

I don't know the quality of their work as they never responded.

They did a great job, fixed water pressure and inspected everything.

After removing an old toilet and realizing I would have trouble installing the new Toto toilet that I had purchased, I responded to an offer for "$99 Plumbing Service Call Plus 1 Hour Labor" to finish the job. I phoned the office to schedule an appointment for 8:00 on Dec 26. The plumber showed up on time, and installed the new toilet without any problems. I had him look at the sink, which like the old toilet, was original to the 1960's house. He provided me with a shopping list of parts that I would need to get the sink replaced in the future.

Tech came in on time, was very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions. Would hire again.

Job was done well and very quickly. Workers even cleaned up after themselves.

Pipe was taped to fix problem. Works but looks like a temporary solution to a problem. I was told by the repair guy that, if that worked, that was the solution they had to offer. Job was covered under an insurance we have. I wanted an estimate for other plumbing work that I would have paid for. Never heard back from the company even after I called and left a message.

If they had actually some follow up and sent someone to actually do some work. I have dealt with the plumber who is very good and the office manager. It is a very small company. I sent an email about how the billing was supposed to be done because I am not sure who was straight about what was covered under the offers. There is basically two hours of plumbing work. Then a side offer where they do some type of inspection of the plumbing. Then there is a preventive measure for 3 year time period. I have not heard back from them, so I don't know if that means that it is okay with the payment that I have already made to them. There was two leaks in the crawl space involving replacing PVC piping. The plumber did very good work. I am trying to figure out, the actual time frame that it took to do it and how it was reflected in the billing. They took care of two leaks. One in front of the house and one toward the back of the house. Basically now I have complete plumbing available. Those two weeks affected. I could use them sometimes but the leaking was happening anyway. Luckily I did not have to use it much so they could keep it shut off unit. I needed it for a few minutes and then shut it back off. They took care of the two leaks that were a problem with the plumbing. It has been perfect since then. I am going to be calling them for other problems like with the garbage disposal, water heater and a couple of faucets. Both of them were real nice, the office manager down to the plumber. There was a little mixup where I had 2 hours of plumbing work credited under me for the deal. The other deal was 3 years to look at the once a year to prevent breakdown. It has been almost a month and they have not gotten paid to me so I figure that everything is okay. They did good work and was responsive. But I still need to follow up with them for the rest of the work. I give them top of the line for customer service and the quality of work. Their rate is pretty well standard.

It went very well. I made contact with Mary of Prime Plumbing after purchasing their Big Deal from Angie's List. The appointment was made for Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm, Prime plumber John Calvert arrived shortly before 2:00 pm and was very professional and courteous in doing his job. He was very information when answering my technical questions.

Technician was right on time, professional and fixed my leaky faucet.

Services went better than I could have possibly expected. They were friendly, professional and beat pricing anywhere else. Not only that, but, did a great job. I know longer have to break into a cold sweat every time need to call a plumber. I really appreciated Molly's help. Thank you!

Well. Although on 1st visit work to be performed was not communicated to person on-site and had to be re-scheduled.

Took a few days for the crew to arrive, but they arrived at the time scheduled. They had all the needed parts and supplies, and were done in 2 and 1/2 hours. I was charged for an expansion tank, which I knew was needed, and the charge was exactly what I was told by the scheduler. The only ding on my review was that I bought the Angies List Deal on Tuesday and Friday Morning was the earliest available time for installation.

I supplied materials. Reasonable charge for item I forgot to buy.

The plumber arrived in time and did a great job. He left the work area spotless.

I said that meant they aren't interested in the next job, which will be installing a new bathroom.
