Description of Work: I am extremely pleased with the great customer service, professionalism of Prime Plumbers!! They offered a great discount for installing two toilets. The plumber arrived at 8:00 am and was done in less than 2 1/2 hours. I can literally go on and on about this company, but I will ended here by saying, yes I will hire them in a heartbeat for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend contacting them before you making your final selection.

Description of Work: Purchased a contract for labor. Missed the first appointment. Did not try to reschedule. Called with an issue with my shower. They sent someone out but I don't know if they were aware I had a contract through Angie's List. Told me they would get back to me the following day with quote. After a week, I contacted them for the quote. When I finally received the quote, I believed it to be quite high and asked for an itemized list. To this day, I have yet to receive it. In the meantime I started looking for someone else to complete the work. I found another reputable plumber who fixed the issue on sight as he said I did not need what I was told and it was about 1/2 the price. I know every once in a while someone falls through the cracks and maybe I was that someone. I just don't know if they wanted to honor the contract or not.

 + 0 moreIt went really well. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I'm not a mechanical person, but they were able to explain everything to me. The men were very professional and when I tried to offer them a tip, they said it was company policy that they could not accept tips. Their work was excellent, and we've had no problems at all. I highly recommend this company. Since I'm not very knowledgeable about plumbing, sometimes I find it hard to trust plumbers and that's why I highly recommending Prime Plumbing. They didn't try to take advantage of me.
Description of Work: They worked on a very old furnace for the Howard County Historical Society which involved installing some new parts.

 + 1 moreThe excavation went really well they dug about 80ft of line and 8ft down after they completed the work they inspected the job and the clean up process was excellent. Their communication was fantastic at every point of the project and the whole thing went very smoothly and exactly how they said it would. Their pricing was fair and they were very polite and kind. They are very knowledgeable about their trade.
Description of Work: I had a back up in the sewer main. They Snaked the line and then took a video of it and revealed a clay pipe blocking the line. They replaced the whole sewer pipe.

 + -1 moreGREAT SERVICE!!! A few months ago I notice my downstairs bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling and quickly realized that the plastic waterline on my refrigerator upstairs was broken. I called Prime Plumbing immediately and they had a technician out to me within the hour. They replaced my plastic waterline with a copper one and I haven't had any problems since. The technician was friendly and provided quick service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use this service again.
