Prime Plumbing

Prime provided several two hour timeframes to choose from & arrived during the time I chose. Work was completed within the timeframe of the special. They were courteous & left no mess to clean up. Would use again.

It went well. The plumbing inspection was very informative. They did not try to upsell me,but gave me reasonable expectations for what needed to be done. They have to come back to replace the hose bib, but were very professional about letting me know we had to reschedule.

Company was non-responsive, never acknowledged service requests from Angie's list or myself.

I had them change the shut off valve in the bathroom and corrected a leak under a toilet. I was very pleased with the service and the cost. I anticipated it being a lot more. They showed up on time and did very good work.

Great. Bill and Liam where super nice and explained everything that they had to do. All work was done professionally and in a timely matter.

These men were terrific. The frost free baucet was $99 as advertised and the 25 feet of water pipes and another faucet was $200. They arrived within the scheduled time period and completed everything quickly. Plus, they were friendly, courteous and were English speaking. I would use this company again in a flash.

Great. They are very respectful, timely, and knowledgeable. And, they put up with my very active 3 1/2 month old Great Dane puppies.

Bill was very friendly and quickly diagnosed I didnt need the outdor hose faucets replaced, rather just some tightening. Fine by me, the leak stopped and didnt need to tear it out of the wall I would use them again for plumbing work

Perfect, they were on time, had all the parts that would be needed, worked quickly, finished on time.

He failed to contact me so no work was performed. I tried calling several times and got no response.

My deal was for a frost-free hose faucet replacement for a ridiculously low price, a saving of 66%. I jumped at the deal; scheduled for 8 am the next day and the crew arrived promptly under a heat wave alert. Though they were ready, my home design wasn't. Try as they may, getting to the pipes connected to the faucet would have required digging and drilling that would have turn this from job to project. I stuck with my original problem; had the faucet repaired and reinforced, then took advantage of clearing a clogged bathroom sink for a minimal price addition. Bill and Liam performed famously as "the crew", moving from brutal outside heat to the upstairs bathroom with no cleanup necessary. Umm, and I got this low toilet on the 1st floor that needs an upgrade......??

We just do not have good luck with plumbers, as seen by my other review. We were told they were coming between 12-4. My husband took off of work to be there. Well, 12-4 comes and goes - no call, no show. I call them - no answer. I call again, get someone, ask what is going on. I was told she would call the techs and see what happened. I get a call back and am informed that they are 'running late.' Ok...where was the phone call? They clearly knew at least an hour back that they wouldn't make it in the guaranteed timeframe. Things happen, fine. But no call? Terrible. Who knows if they even would have let us know had I not called them? They said they could try and come that night (from a job site an hour away) or the next day. I said it would be that night. They get there at about 5:30pm, immediately get to work and I see/hear them snaking down the clogged drain. They soon tell me that they have gone done at least 20 feet and there is no clog. They can't figure out why the sink won't drain. One calls another employee on the phone, explains the situation and they come to decide that we most likely need a vent pipe. They'd have to open the wall, install one, and problem solved. I didn't even ask about the cost but thanked them for their time, as their one-hour Angie's List special was up. Fast-forward to this past weekend, several months later. Yes, I never left a review - even about the lateness, no call, etc. We are re-tiling our bathroom and have to detach the sink. While doing so, a pipe on the back snaps. Our installer looks at it and comments on how clogged it is. Oh no, I say, it's actually not that and explain what the plumbers told us. Well, we finish our bathroom a few days later, get a new pipe and replace the snapped one. We're testing the water to ensure it was reattached correctly, etc. when guess what? Water is draining just fine. I try it again. Sure enough, drainage is just fine. It was a clog in the pipe. Could have easily been fixed months ago while we've been living with the slow drainage. I cannot imagine what the cost and inconvenience would have been if we had scheduled with them for that vent pipe install. It was a simple clog in the pipe. A pipe right there, easy to open up and check. Literally the first thing most people would have done. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this company by any means.

It involved moving the big refrigerator out so to replace the copper pipe to new plastic tube, he said it will work better with new material. The work was done well, I appreciated the two men team....

It went great. He arrived on time. Explained the cost structure and kept me apprised throughout the repair. He guided me when I had to make on repair decision by giving me options. He was efficient.

Bill the plumber called to see if he could come early (which was at the very beginning of the time window I had been given). Very professional and courteous. Charged time & materials vice flat. Rate because it was more advantageous to me. Very neat & tidy.

Excellent service on time, polite & went right to work.

This company honored the Angie's List contract and did an excellent job of quickly fixing the leak. The additional monies I paid were for parts. The owner and his apprentice were very pleasant to deal with. I would call this company again for any future problems. No more drip, drips!

Plumber was very professional & did a fantastic job.

I have already written a review and given the provider an A. BUT, I stated in that review that damage was done to the unit below mine. I thought that Prime Plumbing was responding to the lady who lives in the unit below me, but I spoke with her today and they have not finished fixing her ceiling in her bathroom. She is very upset as am I. I have to change my rating from A to F. Prime Plumbing is not responding and are not fixing the damage they caused in a timely manner. I am very, very upset and dismayed that Prime Plumbing has not completed the work they promised on the unit below mine. I advised the owner below me to put a claim in with her insurance. It will of course fall on mine, but I know my insurance will subrogate against Prime Plumbing.

Bill was a professional and tried everything he knew to try to make the sink drain properly. He made it drain a little better than it was but he admitted that it is still not draining properly.

They were prompt and speedy. They explained what they needed to do and exactly how long it would take. I am very happy and will definitely use them again.

From acknowledgement of the big deal, to scheduling to the work - A+ response. Gentlemen who did the work was very congenial and professional. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs and suggest them to friends and family.
