The plumber replaced the old valves quickly and efficiently. They are much more modern and easier to use than the old valves. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the job went smoothly. I would use this company again.

I think we had two times that Prime Plumbing came out, It's the second time using them and their excellent. I would say they are professional has the same questions you ask me they are prompt they communicate with you, they tell you what their doing, their friendly their just a very good company like I said it wasn't the first time we had work done we had a facet installed that operator was a little quieter but he do his work he did a good job and he got out he didn't take a lot of time or waste a lot of time he went straight to his work he was prompt.

It was super easy to get an appointment and the provider was extremely friendly and professional.

The heater flush went well. The tech only took care two out of three gas pipe leak spots identified by the gas company. Turned the gas on and left. They do not seem to have the tool to recheck gas leaks independently

They initially came out and they sent me an email. I requested a date but nobody responded to my email but then they just showed up. They said, they didn't have the part that they needed. It needed to be a six inch and they only had a 4 inch replacement part. They were going to order that and they will have it done by Tuesday. I bought the Angie's List deal to have an outdoor faucet replaced. I bought it for I think $2.99 and later I thought for $99 so I probably should have cancelled it anyway. I had to send emails and I called numerous times. Finally, yesterday, someone called me to set-up an appointment. The last message that I sent them before they called me back, I told them that I was going to look into getting my money back.

I live a good distance from where the provider is located. Still, Mary at Prime Plumbing worked with me closely, and made sure the work was able to be completed before we had a Bridal Shower for my daughter. Bill and his helper were professional and prompt, and very nice to talk with. The price was fantastic, and Bill even helped hide where there was a difference in size from the old kitchen faucet base to the new .

Excellent, Bill did a wonderful job. He was prompt, efficient and very polite. He waited until the new washer went through its cycles to ensure everything worked correctly. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Fabulous. Bill and Liam are a pleasure to work with. They fixed a couple of nuisance items at no extra cost. We have scheduled them back to do some additional work for us. A genuinely professional company to work with.

Terrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to get work done on my home. I never received a call back for scheduling of the repair. I have since called the office over 10 times. The scheduling lady asks me to call the plumber, Bill. Bill tells me to call the lady that schedules (Mary). Mary tells me she does not know what I am talking about and asks me to call the plumber, Bill. The plumber hangs up the phone on me when I call. I have received no customer service whatsoever and have instead been faced with unprofessional behavior. This is now 3 weeks after the initial inspection for repair and my faucet has not yet been fixed despite over 10 calls by me to the business spanning this 3 week period. . My assessment of prime plumbing is one of an unprofessional and disorganized business.

The plumber that came to do the work was very friendly and said he had a lot of experience installing the type of sump pump we needed installed (one that worked on the water level). The evening that he installed it we discovered a small leak in one of the pcv fittings that he had installed. We were scheduled to go out of town for a week in a few hours so just put a towel around the pcv fitting to absorb the water and I called the office when we got back in town to let them know about the leak and that we needed someone to come out to our house to fix it. I was told by the lady that worked in the office (Mary) that the plumber that did our work was on vacation and they were short-handed, but she would see if she could get someone to do it. I didn't hear back from her by the end of the day so called again but no one answered so I left a message on the voice mail; had to call again the next day since I didn't get a return call and asked her the status of my request. This time she said she would talk to the supvervisor to see if they had someone to send. Again, Mary did not get back with me. It should be noted that we also discovered we had no hot water when we returned from our trip. We did not know if it was caused by the plumber that installed our sump pump and would have asked the plumber had they sent someone out to fix the leak. That had not happened by Wednesday, so we called Sears, since we have a Kenmore hot water tank. When the Sears service technician came out, he immediately noticed that a piece on the circuit breaker to the water heater had been disconnected. This was done by the plumber from Prime Plumbing when he came to install the sump pump. Once again, I called Prime Plumbing and spoke to Mary, as I had never gotten a return phone call about anyone coming out to fix the leak in the pcv valve. When I told her also about the other problem we discovered their plumber had caused, and told her they should reimburse us for having to get a service technician out for that, she got a little "unfriendly" and asked me why I didn't tell her about no hot water in the beginning! We didn't know the hot water problem was something caused by their plumber until the Sears technician came, but if they were too short-staffed to send someone to fix the leaky pcv fitting , where were they going to get someone for anything else? In her continued "unfriendly" tone, she told me she would have to talk to her supervisor about it and hung the phone up. A little bit later she called and told me to email her a copy of the receipt, which I did. The day after the Sears technician came out, they sent not only one but TWO people to our house for the leaky valve. They went from short-staffed to having TWO available people to come to our house. Both of those gentlemen were friendly, one of them fixed the pcv fitting and even tested the sump pump to make sure it worked. As far as the second mistake the original plumber made in disconnecting and not reconnecting the piece on the circuit breaker to the water heater and my request for reimbursement for what we had to spend having a Sears technician come out and discover that, it has been over a month and I have gotten no response. Their office customer service is not good at all.

Bill came within the time frame and was very polite and easy to work with. He explained that he would have to cut into the wall and would try to keep the dry wall in tact. He also explained that he wasn't sure if there would be enough space for the frost free faucet (because it needs 6 inches), but wouldn't know until he was into the wall. He made the explanation very easy to understand. Once he cut into the wall, he notified me that he did have the space and the install was done in about 30 minutes. They were able to keep the drywall in tact, which will make it much easier for me to patch the hole. I was very impressed with Prime Plumbing's service and would hire them again for my plumbing needs.

techs came, we were advised that they could not install that type of faucet, the wall needed to be at least 6 inches deep, which ours was not. they stated they could install a regular faucet but would have to cut thru our wall in our living room, which we did not want a hole in our wall. so we usually paid for not having any installations at all. if we knew the wall for the frost free faucet had to be 6 inches, we would have never ordered this job. we would like to know if there is anyway that some or all the price we paid will be returned since there was no installation of anything. we were very disappointed! i had to call the company, a week later, after ordering this offer, the phone rep stated they were very overwhelmed with all the responses to the offer. i think it would be fair if we did receive a refund.

Plumber went out of his way to complete the job despite some unexpected complications. I was very impressed & satisfied. Will call them for any plumbung problem.

I purchased an Angies List deal for a frost free faucet but due to the fact that my wall wan not thick enough, he just replaced my old leaky faucet
