Incredibly well! Bill Liam was incredibly professional, timely, and efficient. He went out of his way to patch old brick where the original faucet was removed and match the color of the grout with the original house grout. Overall, terrific experience and quality work. I will hire him for any/all plumbing work I will need in the future and recommend him highly.

It was fine. He services this area. Paid extra for an part that I needed. He did it basically for what I paid originally. It was great. I will call him back when thing go wrong in my old apartment. This guy was much better than my condo's management. He explained what to do, he explained to fix older things, rather than buy new parts. Older parts are more reliable, than new parts. He was really good. Bill was very responsive to the old stuff. He said what didn't need to be replaced. He did replace an shower head for me. He even showed me how to fix stuff. I love my plumber. In an older place, its nice to have someone.

I purchased the $99 inspection and was given an appointment within 1 week. Bill and Carl came out. I knew of one problem and they identified one other. My second appointment was again within a week. They arrived in time replaced the necessary parts and confirmed that the system was working. They were professional and pleasant. I am a happy and warm customer.

OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL service. I was able to schedule very quickly with one of my first two dates proposed. The technicians/plumbers, Bill and Gary were punctual, at the door ready to go at the scheduled time. Both technicians were courteous, friendly, and professional. Bill described the work that they were going to perform and he explained they would be required to make cuts to the basement drywall. The work was done quickly and without any issues. Following the work I was invited to inspect the work and the area. Following the inspection, Bill and Gary cleaned the site and ran several leak checks to ensure everything was in proper working order. All work was done in a professional manner. I will definitely use Prime Plumbing for work in the future.

They were good. We told him what was wrong before he came. He didn't have the part so he had to go out and get the part. The time to go get the part was part of the hourly rate. He did do a great job all in all so I would recommend him. I don't know if that's common practice that they have to go get a part he didn't have it on his cost breakdown. He was very responsive. There was no concern that he couldn't fit us in. There was an addition of $90. It's working great. Very responsive, he called back right away.

I called yesterday and told them of the problem. Mary told me to get the Angie's List deal and they would schedule me for first thing today. They came promptly at 7:15 were done by 8. Bill was great. Professional job all around. Will use them again.

It's been 12 days since I purchased this deal and I have not heard back from company. I have tried calling them and have not heard back. I find this unacceptable and feel that if it will take two weeks for company to respond to me then they should advertise it.

Bill Tolson, the plumber from Prime, arrived right on time. After I described my situation, he had to climb up into the attic to determine the source of the problem. Upon his direction, I turned the water back on slightly and he found a solder joint that had probably been weakened because of a freeze up during one of the colder days in the past winter. It was near the main air duct and the plumbing trunk line. Bill finished his repairs in a very short time and we turned on the water to insure that everything was fine and to check for any other problems. He also showed me the ½ inch joint that he replaced. It was on the hot water line. He advised me that the hot water pipes freeze more quickly than those which carry cold water. Before leaving, he also checked my hot water heater because I wanted to find out about a hot water heater flush which was another deal that was being offered. But he determined that my hot water heater was not very old and it would probably not be necessary. I was very pleased with his personable manner and the competence that he displayed. He is certainly a good representative for the company and I would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arises.

Bill and Leo came to my home to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Bill immediately pinpointed the problem and told me I needed a new fixture. Bill offered suggestions on what type of faucet I needed to purchase (a fixture with a base plate) and came back to my home a few days later to install it. Both Bill and Leo were really polite and easy to work with--I enjoyed having them in my home. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism and love my new faucet!

Excellent job overall. The two workers were knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the new hose bib installed. They explained how the install would go and what would be used, gave a quick but thorough demonstration on how the hose bib works, and some tips on how to plan for the cooler months with the new hose bib too. Great job all around, professional, timely, and friendly.

There was a mixup on the day of arrival which apparently was a lack of communication between them and Angie's List. However, when the two men came, they performed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with their work. They arrived on time and were finished easily within the one hour time frame.
