They did a great job. I had the Boiler tune up and inspection "deal". They showed up during the scheduled window, I explained to them some of the issues I was experiencing . After doing the tune up Bill took the time to explain how the boiler system functioned and what services they performed. He seemed to think that the tune up would address the issues and did not want to charge for extra parts and labor if not needed. I will be using them as my annual boiler service provider and will call them if any other plumbing issues surface.

Prime plumbing was the first to respond to my request. They were prompt and professional, accomplishing the job quickly, so that the connection to my new dishwasher allowed us to begin using the new appliance with no problems.

I'm pretty satisfied. I would use them again definitely. They had a deal in there for a tank less hot water heater I would do it there's just a matter of money.

The clog was cleared, I no longer have to stand by the utility sink with a bucket.

Prime Plumbing called soon after I purchased the deal to schedule the replacement. They had an appointment when I needed it. The job was done quickly and professionally. The installer offered tips about draining the pipes to the outdoor faucet and not leaving a hose connected over the winter. Great tips!

Prime plumbing was able to schedule a day and time that worked for my schedule. I did not receive a reminder call and had to call several times to confirm the appointment that morning. The plumber called when he was on his way, at the end of the window of time provided (they had said 2-4 and they came at 350). The plumber was knowledgeable and helpful, servicing the boiler, educating me about my system and checking my radiators. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to educate me. I would recommend their services and will use them again.

We had an absolutely awful experience with this company! We had bought an Angie's List Deal to have our outdoor faucet replaced, and TWICE they didn't show up for their appointment!! The first time when we called, they first told us they didn't have us on their books for that day (but I have email proof of the appt having been made), then they switched their story and told us the guy who was supposed to come to our house hadn't shown up for work; ok, it can happen (even though it shouldn't). So we rescheduled for today 8am and I had actually asked the lady on the phone when I made the appointment if we would get some of confirmation call the day before or something, to which she said "No this right here is your confirmation". Well, 8:45am comes around and still no one - so I call yet again, was told that she would look into this and call me "right back"....When nobody had called back for at least 15 minutes, I called again, spoke to a different lady who was very rude and basically accused us of being impatient (!!! does she not realize that my husband is taking all this time off work???) and that we would have to wait for the other lady to call us back because the other lady was the "Angie's List account manager" (my husband thought that was really odd - are Angie's List clients considered second-class clients or something?). Anyway, around 9:40 - almost TWO HOURS after their appointment time - my husband had to leave for work. Five minutes later, the first lady calls - I let it go to the answering machine because, frankly, I am fed up talking to these people - and says "there was a little delay (!!!) and someone could come out today between 2 and 4pm...seriously??? No apology, no explanation, nothing. Incredibly unprofessional - we have started the refund process with Angie's List for this deal because honestly, at this point, we'd rather pay full price to someone who is actually reliable than have to deal with this company any more. Unbelievable....

I submitted 3 dates for Prime Plumbing to review and get back to me. I have never heard from them. I have called and emailed with no response at all. I would like to have my money refunded.

The technician was professional, completed the work rapidly, explained what he was doing while working, and impressive as a representative of the company. We would welcome him in our home if we need additional plumbing work in the future.

Bill was awesome, explained what he was going to do and did a great job. Highly recommended, I will will be purchasing other deals from them when needed.

I just recently had to use Prime Plumbing for water leaking out of the 12 inch water main cap in my front yard. I first had the county respond out to check the leak to see if it was for sure my property and not the county's. The county ended up informing me that it was my property and I needed to call a plumber. I immediately contacted prime plumbing because I had a great experience with them last time I had a plumbing issue. I spoke with Kenia on the phone and she was very pleasant. She was able to get a technician to my house the same day to identify the problem. I met with Tom and he was able to see what the problem was immediately. He reassured me that his company performs this same job almost twice a day and it's nothing he hasn't seen before. He walked me through every step of the process and what to expect in the next few days. They were able to come out and fix the leak just right after Ms. Utility was able to come out and mark the gas lines. They were able to fix the problem just after a few hours of digging. They filled the hole after they made the repair and even put grass seed down for me. I will definitely be using them in future if I have another plumbing issue.
