Arrived as scheduled. The area was left neat and clean. All workers were courteous. We plan to hire them for additional properties.

They use subcontractors. The crews who do the work are not MD waterproofing employees. Therefore, it is hard to get anyone to accept responsibility even for minor issues like ruts along the driveway, etc. We will not know if the work was done properly until we get heavy rains.

Excellent customer service. I took away 1/2 star because the 1st quote I was given was ridiculous! The Sr. Rep came back and made things right. I also had a small leak from the installed pipes once the job was complete but I made 1 call and they immediately came out to fix with no problem. I haven’t had any problems since. My basement has stayed dry through all the record-breaking rain in the past few months. I have peace of mind. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Basement was waterproofed May of 2014. It has started to take on water again in the summers for the past 2 years. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone to return my calls and once they do come out they leave you with a trench, a section of PVC piping laying on your basement floor filled with clay dirt and "we'll call you sometime to schedule". Yea, so much for the warranty. I would have rather had the water in my basement that we did at the beginning than be out the 6 grand and have dirt and mud everywhere. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE TO YOU!!

I will gladly hire this contractor again if needed. After being disappointed by a contractor that was a no show, another that just would not take no for an answer and yet another that found ways to get past my call blocking service, I found this service! They were respectful, friendly, supportive and explained every step along the way. When the recent storms were going to delay the work they called to reschedule immediately. I even had a personal call from the office manager wanting to apologize to me. They did the job today! The work was top notch. The crew was among the best I have ever dealt with! The price was the best part. I am on a fixed budget because of a disability. I cannot recommend them enough! Before signing with anyone else, call these guys!

Beware of this company and read the back of their contract before signing. In the end, we got what we paid for, but definitely not worth the hassle of working with them.

I would recommend MD Waterproofing to everyone I know. I can't praise them enough. They were so professional and sensitive to my every need. They had a supervisor who was so knowledgeable about this labor sensitive job, and the workers were courteous and hard working. When the job was completed in two days, everything was put back in place and the basement was cleaner than when they started! I am so pleased I used this company!

The job required removing two basement windows and filling in the holes. Excellent job. Great service.

The job was done correctly with catch basins and a catch well, along with pvc for drainage. Very happy with results and it did solve my drainage problem in my yard.
