+ -1 moreCourteous and profession. They quoted a fee and time I would have my report back up front and there were no "hidden" changes. The appraiser was very professional in answering my questions and even came out on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work. They also provided a coupon for a future appraisal, if needed.
