Highly recommend Art project manager and Nicolai as the chief tech builder contractor who has skillfully and professionally who has repaired and painted my drywall after another company did waterproofing. The estimate quote was honest and reasonable. Service was delivered without fault. Very satisfied with leon pro service.

Project was to test air in home, clean ductwork, kill mold in system and install new mold prevention u.v. light on blower. Service Technician Val was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. He made recommendations that saved us money (e.g. - don't spend money on vacuuming all ductowork - not worth it given age of house and structure of system) and improved our air quality (change electrostatic air filer out for replacement filter available at home improvement stores). He performed tasks to improve our air quality while also advising me on steps I could take myself. Excellent service.

The only complaint I have is......they did not call ahead to say they were coming the day they started the work... the work was excellent and I did get a call back concerning the washing & painting.....when they will return to finish my deck.

I was extremely please with the work they did. My husband wanted to get the garage floor re-done for his birthday and he absolutely loves it.

This was a horrible process; however, after complaining the project manager sent two guys out to finish the job which should have been done without my having to complain about the awful work. The two guys that came out to finish the job did a nice job.

The work needed was to replace a few bad wooden boards on the exterior of my house and have all the wood trim, front porch and railings painted. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done, not just deck work.

I had a very old deck that was rotted nearly all the way through and the guys came out, offered to replace all the floor boards and re-stain it. They were able to start right away and did a great job on the work.

I had a few repairs that needed to be done and I had my deck and fence restored. Alex explained the different stain options and the process of the repairs very well. I am grateful of the work they did and how timely everything was! I couldn't be happier!!
