No one in this company seems to speak English except the women at the main switchboard. Added to that, the estimator had no business pricing this deck repair job. It turned out that the board style of my old deck was no longer available. As a result, the workmen were forced to do a patch job that I would not have agreed to after seeing the finished product. It's apparent that the company did not communicate with the workmen either. They were ready to leave before half the job was complete. When I tried to communicate with them about this, at least one of the gentlemen seemed to take insult. I cancelled the rest of the job; and believe me, I will never hire another contractor who has the audacity to come to work in this great country without speaking at least basic and understandable English.

LenPro did an excellent job repairing my deck and building a wheelchair ramp. Their office was great at communicating when they would begin and end work. They were neat and cleaned up everything. Even though it was difficult to communicate with the workers directly, their manager/interpreter was accessible at all times, so it was not a problem. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job repairing and re-staining my deck. It looks beautiful and I'm very pleased with the finished work. Would definitely recommend them.

Stay away from this company! Every day is another disagreement about what is clearly in the contract. I contracted for deck, gutter, and exterior trim repairs. The original start date would have been missed if not for my insistence. The project is now running late., and they are only beginning project #2 tomorrow! The sales rep promised to be present on day one to explain the projects to the crew, but failed in this. As a result, the expectations were not made clear and I am having to be my own project manager, juggling the sales rep, the actual project manager, and employees! Terrible communication all around, not only because the sales rep promised work the crew can't or won't do, but because I literally cannot understand the project manager and crew, which makes resolving issues very difficult. For two of the projects, I was told after tne work began that what was promised could not be done, and then they tried to sell me more expensive "solutions." Bait and switch? To top it off, today the project manager told me to find someone else to do the gutter project because he is not able to do gutter work! It is in my contract! He and I discussed it on day one of the project! Please learn from my mistake. The work so far only rates a 3 because it has been very, very hot outside and the crew worked hard in the heat.

They do good work but the technician neglected to tell me they needed 2 dry days in a row to perform the work. That omission resulted in my making unnecessary phone calls to the 800 # daily to find out why they weren't working. By day 5 I finally got word about the 2 dry days in a row.

LeonPro did a great job of pressure washing three deck areas, the driveway, and portions of the side of my home with cedar siding. The gentleman doing the work arrived on time and was great, customer service in setting up the appointment and follow through was also excellent.

Overall, I like the work LeonPro performed. I hired them to paint my desk and it looks pretty good. There were some spots that they missed that I had to point out but overall they did a good job. They worked fast and probably could have slowed down a bit to have avoided that.

Overall, I like what LeonPro did. Beside few miscommunications everything went ok. I would definitely hire them again. The owner was very professional.

We had my daughter's 32 x 16 deck refinished. Three sets of steps, lots of rails, benches and spindles etc. The job was completed in two days over a four day span. They used Behr Deck over.

Great workmanship and good attention to detail. The quality of work is not to be questioned as they are true professionals. Since English is not their 1st language, make sure the terms of work and pay are clearly understood. Will I use them again - Yes. Getting the Google translator App first.

$1100 for 20feet of fence was too expensive.

There is a communication issue with the workers. I just called the project manager and he was very helpful in relaying my messages. I also had my original estimator return to inspect the work and make sure it all was done correctly. The men started work the day after I called and finished very quickly since my home was on the market and needed these deck repairs to sell.
