Communicating start dates was very poor but the work was done well.

Bill, the sales person is very hard to work with. Make sure to spell everything out in your contract, every screw and nut. He tries to cut costs wherever he can to drive more profit into the job. Understand all materials and other components included...Also, make sure to understand what his budget for each piece of your job before hiring his installers. The installers are good, but limited by the salesperson Bill.

The job started out as a repair due to faulty construction on porch that was installed many years ago but we ended up replacing the entire deck surface and posts as well as the damage that the faulty construction caused. They were professional and worked very hard every day. They got the job done in two days!

Work the one side of my fence was completed satisfactorily, but should've sent more than one person to do the job as it would've been completed sooner. Also, the estimate on the amount of stain to spray on the section of repaired fence was short and I was expected to buy another gallon tacked on to my charges above the original estimate, over-estimated on the amount of concrete which of course I paid for and now is sitting in my garage guarding my garage door...Need better estimators when quoting on a project.

This was the only company that contacted me from Home Advisor about having an attic fan put in and some other minor work done to a home I just purchased. I am a single mom and really do not know much about home "improvements" and I am not a DYI er. The SALES person, and he was definitely SALES. Showed up and gave an estimate for the work. He showed me HIS license and certificate and did a GREAT job of selling this company. However, I NEVER saw him or a project manager after I signed a conttract. The work did not start on the day it was supposed to. I was never contacted by the company as to why, I called the company on the day I thought it was starting and was told there had been some miscommunication. The next day the workers showed up with no project manager and didn't have the tools to do the project. They did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate. The work was not done in the manor in which the sales person had explained. I came home the first night to electrical wires haning out of the wall. This is concerning for many reasons, howevver mostly because I have children. The workers showed up the next day and I had to ask about other parts of the project, they knew nothing about. Had I not waited around to try and communicate with the workers, they had ZERO clue as to what work they were supposed to be doing. I am not confident about the electrical at all . I never saw the workers' license or any type of certificiate to let me know they were certified and capapble of doing electrical work at all. I am extremely disappointed with the way the project went and will never use this company again. I am concerned also because I find it odd that no one else seems to have had this type of experience and I researched them on Home Advisor.

A small job of replacing a front porch pillar. Technician and quality of work was fine however coordination between office and field personnel was lacking thus the lower rating.

The job was to resurface my wooden rear deck and two flights of stairs with Trex and vinyl rails. Deck was 30 yrs old and had been overbuilt so there was not an issue with the basic structure. Quality of work was excellent and performed with precision. There were some questions regarding some fitments but the Job supervisor/lead was excellent. Some people might have a problem with the fact that his primary language is Russian but we got by with my elementary understanding of the language and my translator app on my phone. Contract was originally supposed to last 15 days but with a few bad weather days, it took longer than that. There were a few days when no one was on the job and were workable days. Have talked to management about this issue and it appeared to be some breakdown in communications within the office. Very pleased with the work, looks great and the upgrade was a greater added value to my property.

Our master bathroom was re-done by Leon Pro and they did a great job. We look forward to using them for more of our home projects.

Deck supposed to be 1 day project. They showed up 4 hr late, and I had to call 3 times. Day 2 the power wash was done, but not the seal or repairs. Can't reach them by phone to see what's going on, but I couldn't trust their reply anyway.

The project manager was fantastic, he was very friendly and the office was always sure to keep me updated. We're very happy with the work, our tile looks beautiful as well our countertops. Overall 10/10 company.

We are really happy with the work that's been done and we really like our bathroom they remodeled, and now we're getting our deck done and it's going very smoothly.

This company was extremely patient with me. I'm very picky and they followed exactly what I wanted and worked with my schedule. When speaking with the project manager I was very clear in exactly what I wanted, I showed him how it should be, the color, the building structure of the deck I wanted and was very detailed. He paid attention, took notes and did the project exactly what I wanted. I'm very impressed and overall I would love and will do business with them again. I'd like the owner to know that the girls in the office were professional and that Nikolai was a wonderful worker. He really proved himself with our project.

Power wash left areas of bare wood in some places, patches with plenty of old stain in others. Then one guy came at 1pm to sand and stain my entire large deck with gazebo and stairs in a single day (not really a one-person job), finished after dark, asked to be paid. I said I would wait until morning when I could see the finished job. The stain was very light in some areas, very dark in others, very unprofessional looking job. Called them to return out to fix it (I have still not paid the balance on the contract), they don't return my calls or emails. Looking to hire someone else to re-do this mess. Very disappointed.

The office staff sounded very professional. The field management was TERRIBLE! It was a simple deck coating, of an older deck, low deck. Bang down nails that popped up, use screws In weaker spots, tighten everything up! They did a lousy job, had to go back many times, the job was simple and it took over a month! Of course there were some rain days, but this was a two day job....power wash one day (not a full day, but and hour and a half process), dry for several days, finish in one day! I would not use this contracter ever again.

Just got my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and it looks amazing. The team worked really hard and really showed dedication when it came to my project. Extremely happy.

My wife and I decided to do Trex Decking to re-do our wrap around porch. We initially were going to go with a different company but we're happy we chose Leon. The project manager Art was very informative, he helped us find what was in-stock since we were on such a short time frame to have it fixed. Nikolay worked extremely hard all day long, and was extremely nice. The office workers were very professional and understanding of our needs and wants. We will be using them again in the future.

The crew was wonderful and efficient.

I was very impressed with this company based on the pitch from the salesperson. I had a new deck built. It was a very simple small rectangular deck. The company didn't follow the timeline they promised. They said the work would be done in 15 days and it has been a month. They never gave the crew working a blueprint for what the deck should look like, so There was some confusion the first couple days. They didn't put enough steps in, cut boards crooked, boards weren't flush, there were loose boards, etc. Thay didn't pick up any of their trash until the very end, so for a month the trash( cut boards, boxes, pallets, water bottles, soda cans) were sitting on the side of my house. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Our basement is the bee's knees our daughter says. The guys did a great job. Was worried at first because the communication barrier but everyone was kind and really seemed happy to be at work and doing the project. Look forward to future projects with them

Deck looks great. Took a long time to respond after estimates were given and estimates changed from original estimates. Also follow up process to too long. Works rushed work when time was getting late. I also had to inspect work for things that were not complete. Overall my deck looks great but I had to stay on top of workers to complete work that was promised
