They showed up on time, maintained daily communications, performed daily cleanup, they’re easy to work with, extremely hardworking, and paid attention to detail. We would definitely use them again if their pricing is competitive. They replaced our retaining walls, repaired a fence, and added fencing. They used 6x6 posts and beams instead of 4x6 for structural integrity of the 8’ fence and retaining walls. They didn’t take any shortcuts. They owner showed up several times to oversee the project progress and quality and most importantly, to ensure we were pleased with the work (we were). I’d say give these people a chance! The owner and Kate speak great English, the techs are also from the country of Georgia, and while they are learning English, they try hard and are able to communicate with you if you show some humility and patience. Oh, did I mention they even worked on a freezing first day of Spring with rain, snow and sleet? Talk about a strong work ethic!

They were very professional and made sure you were comfortable before they did anything, they would always ask first.

Despite being told prior the upper wall of siding on the second floor was the priority they were not able to completely clean it, paint was taken off the front door sidelights, siding was left on parts of the house that were not cleaned.

Leon s very nice and professional. He came right away and gave us a really good price. The work was done as quickly as possible in between all the rainy days. His crew worked hard. There is a language barrier with the crew but if There was a problem I just called Leon and he called them and let them know what we wanted. The finished deck looks great. I would hire them again.

The employee that came to my house was named George. He was very thorough and experienced. He had a great personality and helped me with my leaking sun porch. He and LeonPro are a blessing! Thank you - I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to afford the repair 😄😊. So far so good! Of course I won’t really know until we get another soaking rain but from the rain we’ve had, things are good to go.

There were some communication difficulties, as I don't speak or understand Russian, but the result was that some cleaning was done that was not in the contract. Everything that was in the contract was done. The workers were very pleasant and polite.

They did an outstanding job. I had an old fence and fence door that was falling apart. As requested,they created a new fence and fence door identical to the original. Additionally they were very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I am very satisfied with the work they did and plan on using their services in the future.

The job was well done but the crew is slow and the customer service was awful. The anticipated timeline they gave of a day ended up being 2 days and instead of sending one person to grab something simple like a gate lock the whole crew went to the store for 3 hours delaying time. Manager was good but the workers were awful.
