Very good, very prompt and did an excellent job.

Was originally looking to replace my existing backyard deck that was about 15 years old with composite decking. Found out that option was not in our budget & we were given a suggestion of repairing boards by filling in decking with fiberglass & then sanding & replacing damaged boards, then stain the deck with a color of our choosing. The 1st-day several damaged boards were replaced which was great. Two days ago a couple guys showed up to stain the deck & that was it. They applied 2 coats of stain & I still had other deck boardings that were split & damaged. They worked very fast & seemed like they were very eager to get the job done & get out of there. I tried talking to them to discuss my dissatisfaction, but they seemed like they did not know how to speak English. I ended up calling the business office to advise that I wasn't happy & I wanted to clarify what type of work I wanted to be done. The project manager said to me on the phone that it would be corrected. This morning, 2 other guys showed up, replaced the still existing damaged board, filled in some spots via fiberglass & re-stained those areas. Again, neither one of these guys could speak English, so I just wanted them to finish & leave. Am I completely satisfied??... No, I am not sure as to think the manager & I were on the same page of acknowledgment on what was to be done. Also, the person selling the job, (the same person that came to my house & gave me the quote), should also come out personally to do some quality control as well as collect the remaining balance (instead of me giving a check to a couple of laborers that barely speak English -- they do know how to say "Check please". I think we should've gotten more bang for the buck on what we had paid for.

Deep cleaning needed. They did beautiful job and worked very hard cleaning throughly, even more than expected. Price way less than expected for the time and work they did. GREAT JOB!

The new columns look wonderful. They started the job within the promised timeframe and also finished ahead of schedule. Will definitely keep them in mind for future work.

My deck was a mess before LeonPro stepped in...so much so, that three (3) other companies turned me down for various reasons (since they only built decks from the ground up and were not in the business of repairing them). For starters, at the lowest point, my deck sits up from the ground about 6 feet, and it has about an 8 - 10 ft. high privacy fence on one face of it. The privacy fence which abuts one side of my house and parallels out about 15 - 16 ft. to the gazebo, which sits atop the deck at its further most point, had separated from the house and was leaning severely outward as a result of storm damage. The support beams were severely bowed as well. It was basically about to cave-in and was posing a real danger (in my opinion). Every time I mowed the grass and had to walk beside it, I was ever so alert to be ready to jump out of the way, just in case it gave suddenly away. That sensation could have just been my imagination, but I wasn't taking any chances. Next, around the base of my deck is covered by ornate lattice made of high grade plastic, basically enclosing the underside and establishing a shed-like structure. The lattice covering was separating at multiple points from the deck structure; also the door to my beautiful gazebo was in need of replacement. Pulling away from the door jam, I literally had to place a piece of plywood over the base of it to keep the squirrels and birds out. It looked a mess and eventually the HOA was going to fine me if I didn't get it fixed timely, and the entire job was too big for me to handle. LeonPro came out, assessed the needed repairs. They not only did the work that was asked to be done, but while they were making the initial repairs they also discovered and pointed out to me some very troubling structural damage occurring to the support posts. This work had to done. Not having it done would have placed my deck in jeopardy of collapsing at some point in time. And although the additional work was not a part of the original price quote (understandably), the agreed upon price was very affordable and very worth it, and the repairs were professionally done. My neighbors and other passers by were so intrigued with the work the LeonPro team was doing that they inquired about the company doing work for them and asked for their business cards. To close, LeonPro was literally a God sent blessing for me. I feel like I have a brand new deck...and mind you its not a small one. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I found everyone i dealt with, from the estimator to the workmen, to be very professional. They did the job in the time frame the gave me and I felt the price was right. I would definitely recommend them.

Superb repair and paint job. I was having problems with carpenter bees; no problems since the deck was repaired. The deck looks new and marvelous.

Christopher was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly evaluated the job, gave good advice. We hope to hire him again to do some painting.

It was a unpleasant experience. We were given an estimate and when we agreed to the service, we were surprised that the workers who came to do the work had very little knowledge of the work to be done with the result that a lot of the work remained incomplete.

These people were great! The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate was very polite and knowledgeable. The job was done to my satisfaction and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Our maid was wonderful - very efficient - did a great job!! We will have her again in two weeks :)

I had them replace the support posts on my front porch. Other than starting a little later than originally scheduled,, the work was excellent.
