The builders did an excellent job on our 10' x 20' deck rebuild. Excellent craftsmanship, and they were very responsive to our needs. We had a last minute shift in scheduling, which pushed the rebuild up sooner than they expected, but Leon Pro Services accommodated our schedule with no complaints/issues. Worked all Sunday to get the job done right. Highly recommend Leon Pro Services.

We had our old deck repainted and an extension built. The crew did an amazing job and were very accommodating and easy to work with. Everyone that showed up for the project were absolutely the nicest people you could hope for. We are sure to use their services for any other project that might come up. Feels good to know we've finally found a contractor we can trust!!!

The pavement for my new porch is not level but they worked to hide the unwanted gaps! Another satisfied customer👍🏾!

i had a good experience working with LPS. I had my deck power washed and stained as well as some carpentry work to improve safety and functionality. They also power washed concrete and cleaned and sealed my fence. The project manager (Otari) brough good ideas and provide a hard working crew. The office manager (Kate) was attentive to my inquiries and ensured scheduling and administrative issues were attended to. Would definitely work with them again.

Leonpro is simply the best contractor to work with. They are Professional in every aspect of the job. And when they tell you that you will be happy you can believe it. A year after the deck was built we asked them to stain and seal it. What a great job. They taped and covered everything and the clean up afterwards was first rate. I wish that I had more projects for them to do.

The price was reasonable. The work was completed quickly. The workman were competent. We would consider using them in the future should another project need to be done.

LeonPro Services is simply outstanding. Otar is a perfectionist and his work shows it. I asked him to repair the tongue and groove flooring and parts of the railing on a large wrap around porch His carpentry skills were truly excellent. He pressured washed, sanded and cleaned it, followed by a meticulous staining job. This entire porch, a central feature of my century old house, looks better than the day it was built and painted 25 years ago. He also did an excellent job repairing a split rail fence surrounding my ¾ acre property. I will hire him again without hesitation for any future work.

We had a great experience with the company. The owner is very responsive. Our deck looks better than we expected. The cost of the project was much less than local companies quoted but the quality of work was superior. We highly recommend using this company for your deck project.

Working with LeonProServices was exhausting. We had them finish out the attic in our 1950's home. Leon came out to do the estimate and was fantastic, offered useful suggestions, and spoke with us about the project in detail. The written estimate was more of a big-picture overview. I now realize that I erred in not demanding a line-by-line itemized list of everything we discussed in our meeting. Once the work began, I found constant issues with the work and received constant references to the contract's lack of specificity. For example, the contract specifies adding a half-wall around the stairs in lieu of railing, but not that the wall should be along the same plane as the one beneath it, so now we've got a small ledge. Fine, until later in the project when I'm told that they can't trim this area because of the strange angles created by said ledge. Or when I pointed out the height of two adjoining knee walls being off by an inch, which looked awful, only to hear, Oh, well, we'll have to take the whole wall out to fix it Or, asking why the windows and stairs hadn't been trimmed out, only to hear once again, it wasn't in the contract. In this instance, it WAS in the contract, but the person in charge of the job had failed to read past the first page, and apparently ;baseboard does not apply to stairs. In addition, the crew smashed up one of our trashcans throwing debris out the window (which I did give them permission to do) and during demolition I found myself mopping urine off my hall bathroom floor most evenings. Honestly, by the end, I was so exhausted fighting to get the work we contracted that I simply paid them and let them go, even though a week later I'm still finding issues with the work, like improperly taped drywall seams and areas where the trim lays unevenly. Needless to say, I will never hire this company again and recommend others exercise similar caution.

It took a tiny effort to get the work scheduled but once we got going I was very happy with the interaction with the specialists who came out and quality of work.

I had them replace the front porch on my 107 year old home and they did a remarkable job. Most impressive was the beveling of the sides all around the decking and steps. The columns also needed replacement and they offered a couple of options to choose from. Communication regarding the delay in getting the columns could have been better but wasn't what I would call stressful on my end. Overall very pleased and have already referred them to a friend

Work was extremely well done.

The result was beyond my expectations. They were polite, worked hard, went the extra mile to make sure the deck was as secure as possible adding some screws and boards to help it structurally. Great quality and the men took pride in what they did.
