House Transformers did an excellent job repairing the roof of our medical facility. Not only is the workmanship good, they also did the job in a very timely manner. Our facility will call on them for our future roof needs.

The guys were great, they installed a new roof . They were fast, courteous and professional. They came early and in about 4 hours the job was complete. I highly recommend their service. Wilbert the sales representative was really cool. He took his time with me , he listened to what I needed, he was professional and not pushy. I had a great experience with House Transformers and definitely would recommend them again. Good work very professional.

Wilder and Alejandro were professional, understanding, timely and very helpful during the process of working with our insurance company for a claim on our roof. Our family is new to interacting with general contractors and the like. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. The only advice that I had to offer others is to 1) ask about subcontractors that they use to actually do the work 2) follow your project ie ask for pictures and proof of the work 3) ask about their warranty and get it in writing 4) be prepared to add an additional 3-5 months onto the expected completion time (they do not show up as expected, are extremely slow to return phone calls) 5) lastly, you had been better off going with another company- there are many others out there. Save yourself the trouble.

House Transformers did an amazing job on a repair to our siding and roof after a tree fell on the house. They responded quickly to our inquiry, the work was done earlier than expected and the project exceeded our expectations. They worked well with our insurance and made it easy for us. They were responsive to our requests and needs. We highly recommend them.

House Transformers was great while replacing my storm-damaged roof. The company excelled in all the ways that matter - explaining the work, responding quickly to questions and calls, arriving on time, respecting my home, cleaning up when the project was completed. And the roof looks fabulous!

Miscommunications for material delivery. No communication during or after completion.

I had 2 projects. I got an estimate for both and wanted to proceed. 1 project requires a building permit. Despite assurances, I allowed them to do the less important project that did not require a permit. Quick efficient excellent work. I was really pleased. They never summited the permit application and have not returned a call or email since. I only went with them at was on the project they completely blew off. If you need a permit go elsewhere.

Many thanks to Wilder, Kenny and his crew, and all at House Transformers for the great service! Wilder personally inspected the roof two days after we called and gave it a very though assessment. We needed a complete roof replacement because we were preparing to list our house for sale within weeks. Wilder re-worked his whole schedule to get our roof done on a Monday in between rain systems that untypically hit our area in early August. Thanks also to Kenny and crew for working extra hours to get our roof done in one day!! We can't express our gratitude enough to House Transformers for the great customer service and willingness to move their schedule around and work extra hours to meet our needs and our timetable!

The installer was professional and knowledgeable.
