Russel and Will did a great job from start to finish. The crew came out did a temporary repair after the estimate, then showed up on time to replace our roof. I recommended them to 3 other neighbors and they also did a great job there. The crew was great, the weather was less then cooperative but they finished on time as promised. I hope I do not need another roof , with a 25 year warranty though I am good.

This company was very easy to work with. I have 4 different quotes and House Transformers quote came in the middle of the pack. I chose them because of the sales rep Russell. After he provide the quote he went into detail about what to expect and the process that they would follow. The crew came early and left very late in the day. They cleaned up everyday and left nothing behind. Russell was very responsive and when a batch of shingles installeeed was disclosed I pointed it out to him. He replaced the shingles immediately. This company seems very customer oriented and dedicated to doing a good job. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors. Russell D.

Easy to work with and Kyle was very responsive. Reasonable estimate and got a crew out the same day to get it done before the snow storm hit. Awesome response and the bill was dead on the estimate. Great job!

Outstanding experience dealing with this company! My dealing was with the President who was very professional and took the time to discuss with me not only the project I called about but listened while I explained other projects that needed addressing. Their pricing is very reasonable. My first project was repairing roofing shingles that were damaged by the high winds we recently experienced. He sent a worker later in the day to make the repairs. House Transformers, Inc. will definitely be my go to contracting company going forward.

Outstanding experience dealing with this company. Supervisor Kyle left quote at my home, was back the same day finalizing the contract. My new roof was completed 2 days later, crew arrived at 8 am and job was completed by 1 pm. Crew had House Transformers shirts on and were very courteous and engaging. I will definitely use this company again for home projects and would recommend to others as well.

Was initially impressed with this company as they had appointments to come out on the weekend and they called to confirm right away. Their employee was late for the appointment. He called 1 minute prior to the appointment time to let me know he wouldn?t be there for at least 20 more minutes. He took a picture of the issue, confirmed my email address and assured me that I?d have a quote via email within an hour. I did not. Sent a message 4 hours later and was told I would get it, but never did that day even after sending 2 more messages. Called the next day and the employee swore that the email had been sent the day prior, but that he would send it again. I checked again. Nothing. I sent a message confirming the email address they already had on file and then added an additional email address. Employee finally sends something an hour later and apologized stating that he must have been entering the email incorrectly, but was referring to the additional email address I had just provided, not the one they already had on file. I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone.

They came out in the morning and gave us an estimate. That evening, we had a worker arrive who completed the job. That was fabulous. The one concern we had was that it was not clear the worker worked for House Transformations. But since we paid with a check, it was not like we were concerned about our credit card being compromised. I would recommend that House Transformations provide their workers with something that would better identify them. Especially, in this instance, the gentleman was not fluent in English. So it took some time to realize who he was representing. That being said, he got up on the roof at night, completed the repairs and provided us pictures of the before/after using his cell phone. We would use them again.

Had some confusion with the estimate but got through it and they did a great job

I contacted Home Advisors and heard from 3 companies. I needed a repair. I was told that I needed a new roof by 2 other contractors. Russell from House Transformers looked at roof and wrote up an estimate for a repair for $750. When the workers came out I was told I needed a new roof. I asked for an estimate and they completed the repair. Russell gave me an estimate that was cheaper than the other two contractors and forgave the balance of the repair of $503. 00. The roof has a lifetime warranty on the product and the work performed. From what I can tell the work was performed well and the clean up was very thorough.

Good service, quality work, fair prices, always late to start but finished on time. Will submitted a quote that was lower than his professional competition. I did get lower quotes from people that do this on the side and decided to go with pros. They completed quality work on schedule except for a weather (snow) delay of two days that was not their fault. My only real issue was nothing was ever started on time. I would still work with them again because they prices and quality of work was good but I would expect them to always show up late. Bottom line was work was still completed on time. They did do good work. Also noted that because they were cheap I expected change control to be out of this world and find additional problems. There was no additional costs even though they did find a few things they had to do that was over and above and could have charged me for. That is fair treatment.

I had a very positive experience with House Transformers from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful with the process. I got a good price and am very happy with their work. I am completely satisfied and plan to use this company for future projects.

The project lead came out to provide an estimate on the same day as my initial request on Home Advisor. He was on time and clearly explained the options for new gutters and downspouts. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased and would use House Transformers for future projects.
