They did a great job for me

I guess the company to replace gutters, wrap the exterior of my bay window, and replace the three windows that make up the bay window. The initial work to replace the windows caused damage to my walls and the workers did not bring it to my attention. Instead a hole was left in the drywall when they left. When I brought it to the company's attention, they sent workers out to repair it. They did not replace the drywall but instead filled the space with a putty-like material and painted a darker color than the walls. Again I complained and another person was sent to repair. They painted over the putty in a matching color and said that the drywall could not be replaced because it was on a corner. I would categorize the overall work as novice. I intended to hire this company for my roof and deck; however, I'm concerned that I would not be able to see the work for myself to know if it was of any better quality. Despite the kindness of the company representative who came to my house with the worker, I would not hire this company again.

The two employees for the company conducted themselves in a purely professional manner. Hard to find this type of dedicated employee with total concern for the customer and the work they do. However, when it rained the roof leaked and when I called they were back within the hour to search out the leak in the rain.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOWED ON TIME AND WORKED STEADILY UNTIL DONE. JUST A LITTLE OVER SIX HOURS. CLEANED UP COMPLETELY-NOTHING WAS LEFT, NOT ONE NAIL. BEFORE INSTALLATION REP WENT OVER ALL OPTIONS WITH NE==ME. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE CONTEMPLATING A NEW ROOF INSTALLATION.

They offer you a 50.00 gift card if you allow them to display their sign. I agreed.....still waiting!! But their service was amazing.

Very professional company. They kept the debris from reaching the neighbors property. They cleaned up my property without having to come back. This is rare in this day and age. I will hire them to do my other property.

once all the materials were available, they completed the job in 1 day. Very satisfied from the initial consultation to the installation and clean up.

They did not show up for scheduled estimate, when I called to ask why, they said the accidentally put me on a different day and time. I said, ok, I will see you at that time, but no one showed up at another time either. Maybe they are awesome, but only if you get lucky to meet with them. I learned my lesson: first response are not necessarily good businesses, they just have money to afford a receptionist.

Very responsive. Came on a Sunday! to get the estimate. Completed work the next day!

Repairs were done the next day after I authorized the repair.I am very pleased with the repair, it blends seamlessly.
