HOME QUEST SEAMLESS GUTTERS

To date (which is 4 days after the inspection) and SEVERAL follow-up phones with promises of written estimate delivery we have NOT received a written report. Additionally, during the inspection, a deck stair was broken by the Inspector. We DO NOT recommend this company to anyone for anything as it is obvious that their word means NOTHING!

They had the best price, but the guys were unfriendly, and they made a real mess in my yard, left all the old gutter clips, screws, and aluminum trimmings all over my bushes and yard. They were packing up to leave and I thought they would walk back from the truck to clean up and they just hopped in the truck and left...I tried to run after them, but they just pulled out and left. I tried to get someone to come back and clean up, but no one called me back. Ironically, the owner of the company we didn't choose, Gutter Guys, called me to see how it went and asked me why we didn't choose them and they were a few dollars more. Nice follow up and excellent CS from Gutter Guys. My garage gutter just fell off in the wind so I am calling Gutter Guys this time.

I have a mixed review for this company. The good: They responded promptly after I called, completed the work by the date I requested (less than a week later), and did a pretty good job. The bad: It was raining off and on the days they were working, so they got rained out and didn't seal the gap between the gutter and the fascia, so when it rained again, there was water along that seam. I called to tell them and to ask them to come back and finish the job. I never got a return call. I called again a few days later and left just a name and number without a message. This time I got a return call. I explained the problem and was told they would take a look at it the next time they were in the area. My brother ended up fixing it himself two weeks later since they never showed up. In addition, we intended to re-install the existing gutter guards and asked for them to be left, but they weren't. To be fair, it wasn't noted on their work order, but it should have been. We had to buy new gutter guards.

Scott Shipley was kind, honest and professional;no high-pressure tactics at all. We logged request with internet service and were hooked up with him after a negative experience with other contractor giving us way high quote on new gutter for front. Scott told us all of our options, came out personally to give us a quote on our schedule. Scott knew that we were going to get another company to submit quote and he even offered to act as a third party to answer any questions we'd have about gutters even if we chose not to use him. They did job one day late due to very bad weather; we weren't home. Cleaned up nicely. Gutter looks fine, though I'm no expert there, but no rain has fallen since then so I'll update later. My only complaint would be that he didn't call after the job to tell us how our back gutter looked (which was part of what they'd do), so we're assuming back looks OK. It has rained several times since they put new gutter on, and the gutter works fine. I think the company/people are just fine, but I'm really skeptical about the Leaf Defier system (a foam system to help prevent gutter clogs). About a year after we got it, we noticed small pieces of the foam in the yard. We called and the company came out to give us new Leaf Defier at no charge, but I'm still skeptical.

They were on time, did the work quickly, and i have had no problems or leaks afterwards. The pricing was good and i would use them again, as well.
