 + -1 moreNightmare right out of the gate. Run like the wind from this company....almost 2 years later paying for a system I don't even use. Couldn't get resolution to multiple issues (including damage to my NEW home on install)...had to send a message to the CEO through Linkedin to even get proper attention. I've never encounter such a horrible situation.
