I used them to replace my roof. I do not think that they did a good quality job. I used them last probably five years ago. They took my old roof off and put a new one on. I am not sure if I would rate them an "A" or a "B," probably it would be a little close to a "C." The thing I did not like about them is they did not put in the new gutter system that was included in the price.

The company representative was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They came as scheduled, early in the in morning, introduce themselves, and starting working. Roofing materials were thrown into company provided container in drive way. Towards the end of the project another person came out to inspect the work performed. All stayed until the job was completed. They picked up almost all roofing materials, etc. I found an occasional nail around the house. However all larger items, etc. were disposed. The yard did not look a mess. It took them a day to complete. The company called later on to settle the invoice and mailed the warranty for the shingles. All in all I was very satisfied with the work and the manner in which it was done. I would recommend them to others.

Doug came to give my roof a thorough inspection, evaluated my immediate and long term needs, discussed and implemented a realistic plan, then provided great service.

They are very good and they are honest. It is a family owned company. They have been around a long time. The boy that comes out is a very nice guy. His father is the one that

from start to finish . very clean ripping of old roof. great job putting on new roof.the next day the owner stopped by and asked if he could climb on the roof to check the work. he told his guys told him they were finish and did a good job.. he told me he wanted to make sure.. a+ rating from me.

Out of three solicited bids, Glen Burnie Roofing LLC was $2000-$2500 cheaper. All three companies are highly rated, qualified, and use equal materials. This price included the removal of 2 layers of shingles. They arrived on-site at 6:15am and worked solidly until they finished around 3pm. There was no clean up required after they had left. The workmanship was fine including the replacement of seven plywood sheets. We had two shingle colors that we liked and chose one. The only difference in the skew number was a single digit at the end. The supplier sent the opposite one we chose. Glen Burnie Roofing offered to have the shingles sent back but as it turned out we decided that this was the better color anyway. Since we accepted this other color they did NOT charge us for the seven sheets of plywood or the replacement ($300 savings) due to the mistake by the supplier. They decided to offer this on their own as a good faith measure. If we ever have another similar job we will be calling them again.

They were the lowest bid that I got. Their reputation precedes them. My daughter had a roof done by them two years ago. She was really happy. They are really good. They were on time. I have just signed a contract with them. They were half the price of one of the bids that I got. I will recommend people in my area to go with them because they are honest with their price.

I thought they were very reasonable on price. They gave us a form to get a tax rebate on our and quot;greenand quot; shingles. They were very efficient and hardworking. They came when they said they would, it only took one day and they cleaned everything up afterwards.

They showed up on the 9th as they said. They checked the roof and said that I would get a call the next day with a price.Two days latter I called them 4 times to get the estimate. They called me to say that they didn't write the estimate because they have a big job and didn't know when they could do the work. I give them an F because they had me wait two days for an estimate only to say they were too busy.

They did a wonderful job and they did it in one day. It was great. The price was very reasonable. They were nice people to work and deal with. They cleaned up the entire mess; no nails were left lying in the yard or driveway. I have already referred them to somebody else.

From the minute they showed up to estimate the job to the very last they were pleasant, professional and extreamly service oriented. They have come back out to the house twice since, due to several leaks which turned out to be a bad mason job on a chmney, not ther fault or their work. Both times they came out right away, the same day.They were very pleasnat and didn't charge us a dime for the effort they made to identify the problem. They even did a little extra sealing work to try and improve the situation which they weren't resonsible for. They are the best!!

They showed up at 7:00 am and were done by 12:00 pm. Good quality work at a fair price.

They are reasonably priced, prompt, and they did a great job.

They are pleasant to deal with, honest, and local. I called them to come back and take a look at something after the job and they were there that day.

They did a great job at an excellent price, with old time service. You may have to wait to get them out, but it is definitely worth it. If you want quality and a good price then these are the guys to use.

You will get a voice mail, but they are very prompt and courteous to follow-up. Once the shingles were removed we discovered a big problem that wasn't apparent to us or Glen Burnie, but they were very kind, any other company would have charged us a lot more to fix the problem. The yard was left spotless and the job was done within one day. Definitely would recommend them for their great price, great job and integrity!

I am very happy with Glen Burnie Roofing. It was a very complicated roof and they did a great job. They cleaned up real well and did not leave anything behind. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I called them for a repair when some old shingles blew off. They did such a great, quick job and were so nice (cleaned my gutters for free) that I asked them about a new roof. They offered me a complete new GAF roofing system at a great price, so I accepted the estimate. They came on a convenient day, arriving at 8:00 AM and were finished by 12:30 PM, with perfect clean-up. The owner came to personally thank me for the business. The roof looks great, and I am totally happy with the whole job. When you call them you may get a recording, but they call back right away--great service!

The estimate was made promptly and was very reasonable. The company stood by this estimate during the unexpectedly long period it took to arrange the financing with the bank. They advised me of an estimated date to install and came right on time. They did a very professional job with all of the materials as ordered. The work crew was very pleasant and efficient with the installation done in one day. Clean up was excellent. I am extremely pleased.

This was a great experience. The team that came to my house was efficient and did a great job. I have never had a company clean up like they did - glad I had them come after the Premier who did the siding because the left nails, etc. Everywhere and Glen Burnie Roofing even cleaned those up. I would hire again!

WE HAD A PRETTY DECENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, SINCE MY NEIGHBOR AND I WANTED BOTH OF OUR ROOFS REPLACED TOGETHER (TOWNHOME UNIT.) THEY OFFERED A DISCOUNT TO DO IT TOGETHER. ALSO, THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND HELPED US FILL OUT THE WARRANTY INFORMATION. THE WORKERS WERE VERY CAUTIOUS WHENEVER MY KIDS WERE OUTSIDE WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. THEY ALSO DID A SUPERB JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

REPLACED SHINGLES, PLYWOOD, STRIPPED WHOLE ROOF. I HAD THEM DO THE WORK IN ABOUT ONE DAY WHICH THEY HAVE A LARGE CREW. RECOMMENDED ROOFING COMPANY TO NEIGHBORS AS WELL AND THEY HAVE A GOOD RATING ON COMPANY. I CONSIDER THEM THE BEST.
