Eric's Moving & Hauling LLC

I booked in advance the moving service. Paid $100 in advance out of the flat rate given. They were supposed to arrived at 10:00 am. After different reasons and excuses told 3 guys arrived at 6:00 pm. 40 mins later these guys just left without giving any explanation and without loading any furniture. I called and texted Scott Miller (the consultant) and no response was given ever. He just refunded the $100.

They moved me from my town house into a storage unit. The move was on 6/15/13 and I paid them in full. The movers were polite and the move itself went well. Everything seemed ok at the time. However, they put two big scratches on the floor when moving the furniture. I told them while they were there, but they didn't say anything in response. I then noticed after the move that there were more scratched. I wrote them and spoke with a Steve Miller, who I had coordinated the move with, about the scratched, but I have not had any resolution with the matter. I have been told by him to contact Eric, but have not been able to get ahold of him.
