Great! They were on time, very professional and did a great job. I especially liked that they took "before" and "after" pictures so I could see the work since I couldn't get up on the roof to see what they had done. I would definitely recommend them.

They were nice and great. They did a great job. They were cool. The owner was good above and beyond. They helped us a lot and they still have a contract with us. It was a fair price. They were friendly.

Arrived on time and inspected the two chimneys and cleaned one of them. They said the other didn't need cleaning. They were quick and professional. While they were here I asked for an estimate to install a top closing damper on one chimney and to to some work on the other ("Smoke Tite" spray refractory system - backfill and finish). The price seemed high so I got an estimate from another chimney sweep. That estimate was much lower.

Scheduling the appointment was a bit tricky since we are buying the property and someone else currently lives there, but Clean Sweep worked with us and our tight timeline to get the inspection done to get us in. They were very patient in helpful in working with us so we could coordinate us, the realtor, and the inspector all being onsite at the same time. Our inspector was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and also the impacts of the things that he found and he helped me understand the impacts of the issues. He was very skillful and considerate. He cleaned the chimney in a very tidy home, while a small toddler was in the same living space and you would not even notice it was going on except for the sound of the machine. He took photos of the whole inspection and got the report to us same day. Then when we need additional clarification on one of the code violations the inspectors found Clean Sweep helped us by sending an email that with an explanation of the regulation that we could include with the report to the sellers. They went out of their way to help us and were very patient with us through the whole process and we really appreciated working with them during such a stressful time.

GREAT JOB, SCHEDULED CLEANING AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL USE IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. ALSO WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO EXPLAIN CONDITIONS TO LOOK FOR TO KEEP A SAFE ENVIRONMENT IN OUR FAMILY ROOM.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY. THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME, THEY WERE UNABLE TO KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE ME TO THE NEXT DAY.
