I had concerns about being able to see openings in my awnings! The day that the person came I was not at home. Never heard about setting up another visit.

We contracted to have our attic reinsulated. After the Continental contractors left, I noticed a 6 foot crack in the ceiling with a foot or so hanging down about an inch in one of our bedrooms. Continental Home came back immediately and returned our check until the ceiling was fixed. The following week a drywall company came and it took them two partial days to fix the ceiling. After a $1790 attic insulation investment, Continental gave us $40 off for our inconvenience.

Excellent work. Job was completed on time. They even went above and beyond the contract and hauled away an old roof-top TV antenna (that I could not reach myself) at no charge.

The awning is beautiful. It turned out better than I expected. Working with Continental Home was with out any issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

What we didn't realize about this company is that they "sell the job" to another company, in our case an actual insulation installation company. The company that came to complete the work screwed up the job in more ways that I'd care to relive. The owner of Continental tried his best to rectify the situation, I'll give him credit where it is due. However, I know that in the end, had I known/been explained to us that we were working with someone that contracts out jobs to specialized companies instead of completing the job I hired THEM to do, I wouldn't have gone with this company.

I had no idea who these people were from this company, I used Home Advisor and that is where we were linked together. Met the consultant and explained what I wanted to do and how much I could spend and like magic work was done. Beautiful job and the workmen that installed were very respectful and did not leave any debris behind. My husband and I are so very happy and as a matter of fact, we called Mr. Wendt back and ordered awnings to go over our front and side entrances. No pressure from the owner/salesman! He went over all the pros and cons . We were very impressed in his knowledge and was The right co. for us . The temp in basement is the same all over the three floors constant 77 degrees would tell everybody about his co. His employees were very efficient and kept the mess to a minimum . Thank you D.W.S.
