Great experience! The salesman (Tony) was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. No hard sell! The insulation was installed with little mess, the installers friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Continental.

Anthony was great explaining the product and the process. He did not "hard sell". His follow-up was good, he made everything easy. The installers arrived 1.5 hours late (traffic problems) but Anthony called a number of times to keep me updated and even offered to compensate me for the wait. From initial contact to job finished was 5 days. I am very happy with my choice of product and with the company and especially Anthony.

Anthony spent much time educating me on insulation. This was appreciated. After getting several bids, I came back because of the education. The installers were absolutely terrific - very professional and pleasant. I was even encouraged to look up in the attic to see the job finished.

We had insulation blown into the attic. The salesman came on time to give us an estimate of the job and was helpful. The insulation crew came on the day we picked and they were on time and completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would use this contractor again.

I hired Continental Contracting Corp., but they did sub-contract out and the people that came out, did a good job, but a Electrician from / for Continental had to come out and clean out the bathroom exhaust fans. The blades were filled with the insulation.

The crew showed up. We could only communicate with one gentleman. Before I left for work they failed to see ont he work order that the down spouts were supposed to be moved to the front of the house. The one run required a downsput at both ends, but the other run they clearly screwed up where the downspout was supposed to be. Upon inspecting the work later that day, the gutter covers from the gutters they replaced were still on. Nice try. After calling Tony, he seemed not to believe me and stated that his employee was sure they installed all new equipment. The crew came out hte next day to correct the issue. I chose Tony because I thought he was a genuine person and ran a gentleman's business. Additionally the price could not be beat and his team was there the next day as he stated. All in all though, the inconvenience of almost getting shorted (if I didn't chek the work) and the effort it took to correct this, I will be avoiding Continental Contacting Corp.

They were quick to get and stay in contact with me, and amply compensated me for any inconvenience, because there were some communication problems between the contractors and the individuals hired to actually do the insulation installation and an equipment malfunction (luckily, I gave the machine's battery a jump-start with my car!). However, again, everyone was very helpful and stayed in touch with me, especially through the bumps in the road, to ensure the service was more than satisfactory. Overall, I'm happy with the job that was done and the inconveniences were relatively minimal.
