The sales rep was friendly and couteous and new his product. He came right out to dothe estimate and saw the job through to the end. Work was done in a friendly and courteous manor with very little mess.

I did have my windows installed and I am so happy with them. They have totally changed the appearance of my home. The two gentlemen who installed them were wonderful and very efficient. My entire experience from awning to windows was excellent and I highly recommend them. Tony is supposed to come by to discuss my insulation next and I am looking forward to that too. This is a wonderful company.

I contacted Tony from Continental Home Insulators to have blown in insulation in the attic of my moblie home. I was honest with him and told him that I was also having BGE out for an estimate.Tony came,said he could do the job, BGE came out,said no way. Tony and CJ and the crew came out and did an amazing job. No fuss, no muss. I always turn my heat off at night. When it's cold outside, below 35, my temp inside in the morning is around 55. The night temp after my insulation was 34 and my inside temp was 67. Absolutley unbelievable, but true. Mobile homes are hard to deal with but these guys took it like a piece of cake. Fast, Prompt, and great customer service. This goes from the office staff I dealt with on the phone through Tony, and on to the installation crew. All very professional.

I was very impressed with the Anthony, who came to give me the estimate. I had additional insulation installed in my attic. Anthony was professional and I liked the fact that the insulation is a "green" product. The installers did a great job and cleaned everything up when the were done.

Very professional from the sales visit and estimate to the completed work. The men were neat, clean, polite and worked quickly and quietly. The attic has been upgraded in insulation now for about three months and we can certainly say the second floor is much warmer and much more comfortable. We used to have one room colder than the others, and that has been solved. The therms of gas used in comparison to last year are down somewhat, but the average temperatures are also colder! I should have had this work done years ago!

First, the good: Anthony's presentation was professional and his pricing competetive. Being a contractor myself, It is refreshing to meet people like him. On the down side, the installers were somewhat less refreshing. They were polite, freindly and show up on time, but without a suitable ladder to access the attic. I lent them mine. Then they encountered a clog in the distribution hose which they cleared onto my driveway. Install of vacuuming or sweeping it up, they chose to push it off the end of the driveway into the shrubs. Not a huge amount but enough to fill a kitchen trash bag. All in all, not a bad experience. Just not a great one.

The sales-person as well as the intallers were very courteous. The installers arrived on time, put down covers to protect my floors and furnishings, allowed me to inspect the work before leaving and did a very nice job of cleaning up after they completed the installation.

The estimate was accurate, the work was completed within the time span written in the estimate and the crew worked clean, were friendly and able to bend around my needs for an install day. If I owned another house I would use them again.

Everything went as scheduled, good communication, friendly, professional, and cleaned up when done.

The work crew as excellent. The foreman explained the work and even did a little extra to make the job go well.
