Did not complete project to my satisfaction. Awning was installed,and I was not afforded the opportunity to inspect the installation before the installers packed up and left. Awning was installed over a stairway leading down to my basement,and the water drains back into the stairway, this completely negates the reason that the awning was installed. The owner of the company responded personally to recieve the final payment and he also failed to do anything to complete the job to my satisfaction.I was charged $1350.oo for unsatisfactory work which I will be forced to pay someone else to complete correctly. BeWARE of using this company!

The work was performed as expected and very satisfactory. There was a slight problem with water leaking between the sofit and awning. They came back out and solved the problem and now no more leakage. Very satisfied with the finished product.

Continental installed gutters to the front and rear of my home. They responded in an extremely timely manner and were so efficient I did not even realize they had been to my home and completed the work for a whole day. They cleaned everything up and there was no sign they were there except for their excellent handywork. The gutters look professionally installed and add to the exterior of my home.

Job was done well but someone had changed the specifications. This issue was readily resolved to my satisfaction. The installers had an arguement amongst themselves (in my presence) which detracted from their professionalism.

Tony provided extreme product detail during the initial visit. The estimate was well within my budget as compared to the other companies who provided estimates on the exact same service. The two insulation installers did a superb job.......very respectful.....and did not leave any type of a mess. The total job was completed much faster than I anticipated. I will recommend Continental Home Insulators to all of my friends and neighbors. I have already noticed a difference in how often the furnace turns on..

To tell you the truth I was very leary of having any work done. I have had bad experiences before and that makes a person doubt anyone else's work. Continental assured and reassured me that they were not like that. Well, they were right. They could not have been nicer and given me all and any information that I wanted. They came out today and much to my surprise, did a fantastic job. Just the three of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am more than pleased today. I think jumping for joy might do it. A small schedule mix-up, but they made it right. Service was professional, fast, and complete. Done before I knew it, they had ensured the area had been cleaned and allowed me to inspect before leaving. Friendly and polite. The salesman took time to discuss my options. He told me how to save some money by waiting to insulate my walls until I replaced my siding. I respect a salesman that will look out for me and my dollar instead of just trying to make every dollar he can. I had insulation blown into my attic to bring the R value up to 60. The job was done well and they allowed me to inspect the job when they were done. They corrected a couple spots that didn�t have enough insulation and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. This is very rare now days! Every person I met had a smile and a great attitude. I will use them again.

Continental's rep, Tony came to my house on time and was able to give me an on-the-spot price quote for insulating my attic. He also took the time to provide me with information regarding the type of insulation they use and the process for doing the work. I was able to schedule my apointment for the following week. The installtion crew was on time and done the job within an hour. Not only did they clean up, the crew also gave me some tips for how to finish off the attic space for storage. The entire process was very profession, done well and reasonably priced. I definately recommend them for any insulation work you need.

Good attention to detail, listened to our needs and worked hard to address them. Explained value of and comparable costs of other repair and remodeling, including attic insulation and replacement windows in a direct and very helpful way. The jobs were done on time and on budget. Tony has offered to personally respond to any problems that arise with the projects in the future and convinced us that he is good for his commitments.
