Exceptional. Extremely satisfied. The sales person knew the insulation buisness and how to explain it. The installation crew were very professional, and knew what had to be done and how to do it.

Sales rep was nice and to the point. Took awhile to actually schedule the job but once started went smoothly and techs maded recommendations for improvements along the way.

I was very happy with this company from the beginning. They took my measurements over the phone and give a rough estimate of the costs and were very knowledgeable about the product. Once I selected them Tony visited to give us more details and to the final estimate. We asked lots of questions and he was great at advising us what was useful to spend $$ on and what wouldn't really payoff. The team to do the insulation showed up promptly and were in and out very quickly with no mess. I have recommended this company to my boss and would have given 5 stars except for the difficulty of (finally) getting the tax rebate information after payment.

Excellent. Very quick, very clean

The installation crew was courteous and professional. My only complaint is that there were equipment problems which delayed the installation about an hour. The crew worked to fix the problem rather than reschedule which I appreciated.

My grandmother loved her windows. She also was very impressed with how she can't hear the noise outside with her new windows. She just wish her sales person would have be more responsive with returning her call and giving her updates on when her window would be in stalled. Keeping your customers informed is highly important for repeat business, but she did appreciate when her sales person didn't get back with her the owner Tony did and that speaks volume.

I was very please with the sales representative who came into my home and gave me the company's presentation on the difference between cellulose and fiberglass home insulation. Also, he was very knowledgeable on insulation and professional. The technicians who came into my home to blow-in the insulation into my attic did a good. It took them only 30 mintues, and they cleaned up after they had finished. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have insulation installed.

Extremely proffesional. Estimate was quick and easy. Every question I had was answered in many cases before I even asked it. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and made sure I had a chance to inspect the final work. They were very neat and clean. My only regret is i dont have something else to insulate! Seldom today do you get a chance to work with a company that says what it will do and does what it said!

I hired Continental Home Insulators to insulate the attics in the garage and upstairs. The installers asked my wife to direct them to the opening for both attics which she did. When I arrived home to check out the work, I notice that the installers only insulated the upstairs� attic. I called and spoke with the owner Tony and he could not give me a reason why they did not do my garage attic. I rescheduled and they came back to finish the job, but because the lack of communication on their part, I do not trust that the work was done properly. I will never use this company again.

The work was accomplished in an efficient and professional manner. The installers arrived on time; were very courteous and cleaned up the area after they were finished.

Started out rough but that was due to errors by both me and the company. Awning is bealtiful & will last a long time.
