+ -1 moreThe services were good, there was a problem but they came back and took care of it. I've used them through the years where ever I lived. They aim to please, they will come back until they get it right. I called them and they said they would come back if I needed. However, they did break something valuable of mine, it was an antique that couldn't be replaced. I'd probably use another franchise in the future.

+ -1 moreWe have beige carpet which had stains, and after Chem Dry Elite cleaned the carpeting, it looked beautiful. No more stains! Would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets throughout entire house including stairs. Stains were completely removed even though we tried several products to no avail.

+ -1 moreHe came three times before we were both satisfied. I have a puppy that got ink all over the floor, and he was able to get it out. They were helpful and responsive. They wanted to come out a third time because they got a new product, and it worked fabulously.
