+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. I contacted them in March to secure a time to move our belongings from our townhome into our new home across town. They gave me a few dates. I tried contacting them again more recently to request new dates. The voice mail was full for three weeks, then they were on vacation, then they came back and the voice mail was full. All the while, no e-mails were being returned either. I called and finally was able to speak with someone about two weeks ago and they said they'd check with a mover that evening and call me back. She explained that everything was up in the air as one of the owners had a new job. Still hadn't heard from them regarding changing our date or availability. I called just half an hour ago and told them that I've sent e-mails, tried calling, they were supposed to check and never got back with me. So I'm going to have to go with someone else and they can remove my original dates from their calendar. The lady said, "Alrighty!" and hung up on me.
Description of Work: They would have moved my belongings from one place to another and then cleaned our townhouse after our belongings were moved.

+ -1 moreCarolyn's team worked very fast at loading up the Budget Rental truck I rented, even helped me drop it off afterwards. My new place was a third floor walk-up--no complaints. I have invited them back for cleaning.
