The contractor arrived at my house and upped the price of the carpet after he had done the cleaning from 150 to 250 because I had animals and he wanted to coat it. He then said he would clean any carpet in the future in my house for only $75. I have since tried to get him to come, reminding him of his $75 offer and he has blown me off, in spite of several calls and texts by me.

The owner came to my house after quoting me $89 over the phone to clean my mattress. I'll admit, the mattress had some pet stains on it. So he said it would cost more money. He rubbed some stain remover and cleaning solution on the mattress for about 15 min. Then, he said it had to sit in and in two weeks he'd come back with a stronger carpet cleaner. Of course this was around the holidays. So I couldn't get a hold of him for 3 weeks....when he finally answered the phone he said he was out of town and he'd call me when he got back to come back over. Never happened. I didn't mention while he was there...he changed the price to $275 and took a check from me after having me sign a form saying all stains may not come out...went on and on about how the solutions he used were going to work over time and they needed to set in. Of course after not returning to finish the job...he had no problem cashing the check. I went to the store and rented a rug doctor for $30...worked perfectly. Horrible company...
