DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! Around February of 2013 my wife and I were looking for a second refrigerator to put in my garage. We had a refrigerator out there, but it quit working. I have been in the area since 2003 and have seen this place as I passed by on Crain Highway. When I can, I always try to buy local, so the money stays in Glen Burnie. We went into this place on a Friday to see what they had available. The place was not impressive, just a second hand, used appliance store. We looked around and found the refrigerator that I purchased. I was intrigued because the price was right, it had an ice maker, and there was a six month warranty. I made the transaction and then waited till the next day when it got delivered. The next day, I took delivery and the guys were cordial and nice. When I took delivery I noted that there were some water lines hanging on the back of the refrigerator, so I asked the delivery drivers about it and they told me that I had to call the store. The water valve was missing as I later found out. I called the store and talked to Mike. He told me, he was sorry about that and he would get a replacement valve out to me within a week. The excuse was that the water valve had been taken off and put on another refrigerator. The next week I called and they had not found a replacement. He told me in another week he would find one. Time marches on. I called every week for approximately a month and then started to ask for the owner, whom I never talked to. Same excuse, valve on order, etc., etc. Then I called every couple of weeks and got the same story. Very irritating, and no ice maker water valve... After a couple of months I looked this business up on the Better Business Bureau website, and much to my surprise (not really) they had a Grade of F with some outstanding issues. Needless to say it is now July of 2014 and the refrigerator is not fixed!!! I would not buy from them ever again. AND I caution anyone who would be willing to risk their hard-earned money on such a shady operation. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Staff was very helpful in deciding which appliance would work best in our situation-- even when it wasn't the most expensive one. Helped me measure and figure out how to arrange in our space. Worked with me on price and scheduled delivery right then. Delivery was early and quick. Delivery staff were polite, but we could have used a little more assistance with getting everything set up.
