Far exceeded expectations! Everyone from the front office to the installation team is top notch. Their landscape architect, Chris, was amazing. He conducted the initial consult, provided a 1:1 nursery visit (Pinehurst has it's own private nursery) where I was able to make my final planting selections and then oversaw the entire installation. I can't wait for spring to see everything in full bloom!

We have been working with Pinehurst Landscaping for 5 years. Have used several different companies in the past; Maxalea, Akehurst, and MJM, and Pinehurst is head and shoulders above the others. Ted Carter will come over, we will walk the area and discuss what needs to be done, then he sends a proposal, and we triage what is to be done and when. Several times we have gone to the nursery to pick out trees and plants. The few plants that have not survived a year are replaced at no charge. He drives us around in an off-road golf cart, and we can get ideas, and even pick the actual plants. If he doesn’t have something in stock, he will get it. Ted has redesigned several areas, with an eye to continued visual interest throughout the year. He is readily accessible via text, phone, or email. The workers who come out are pleasant, hardworking and always leave the place immaculate. They have also relaid a bluestone patio that was settling unevenly, and repaired stonework for a fraction of what the mason who did the work quoted. If they come to weed when we are out of town or unavailable, and miss something, a call or email and they come out and deal with it. The office workers are always polite and friendly. After discussion, they send a out a detailed proposal with break down of pricing in the spring, which we amend and return. Rather than paying a big chunk of money up front, or paying monthly, their policy is to bill as work is done, so one knows what to expect and when, and you can be sure you are satisfied before you send a check, or call with your credit card information. We have been nothing but pleased.

Pinehurst is an A+ company that went the extra mile to make sure our tree installation was perfect. The installation location was a difficult one and there were initial issues with Miss Utility markings and the existing stump size, which delayed completion of the project during the first site visit and pushed the installation date back to the following weekend. The crew on site and the project manager that i worked with handled the adverse situation with a high level of professionalism.The work was completed that following weekend without issue, and their interactions with me throughout the entire project were exemplary.

Extremely hard to get a hold of. I finally got them to come out to give me an estimate. I told them my companion was going to be home shortly. When he pulled up they drove away. Horrible. I would not referrer them to my worst enemy.

Pinehurst installed a sizable flower garden for us in 2012. The crape myrtles are beautifully formed and doing fantastic. The plant and flower selections Ted recommended are lovely and bloom with varying timing pretty much all summer. The deer have not bothered any of the plantings, which is a major problem in our neighborhood. The project was completed on time and on budget. Congratulations to Ted and his crew for a job well done.

I was looking to install a privacy screen of mixed evergreen shrubs along my property line. A representative visited my property and helped me make selections and design the layout. I then visited the nursery was able to select my plants from their vast inventory. Pinehurst installed the plants about a week later. I probably could have gotten this done a bit cheaper, but the quality of the plants and the professionalism of the service was worth the price. You get what you pay for and this was an A+.

They were busy so we had to wait awhile but they did a nice job and replaced some things that they did not have to.

They're absolutely excellent. What stood out about them was their service. Everything they were asked to do, they did. Their nursery supplies were very good. Their pricing is very fair.

We are very pleased with the Pinehurst team. They have great suggestions and helped us work within our budget both times. The new landscaping has made a huge improvement in the look and feel of our home and many neighbors have mentioned how great it looks as they walk by! When I had the old fireplace inspected and cleaned by North Texas Chimney, I was very impressed with the service and advice. So, when I decided to replace the fireplace I contacted Kyle at North Texas Chimney. His advice about the selection of a new unit and responsiveness to my questions made me very comfortable choosing this company. The installers were exceptional in their teamwork and professionalism. Kyle's advice about the fireplace selection was perfect and I am thrilled with the results. North Texas Chimney never missed a beat in this whole process.

They were prompt and clean. The bushes are very healthy. The whole job was just done well. They didn’t dirty behind the bush because the landscapers would have done that.

I contacted Pinehurst with a request for an estimate for regrading around my house and was told they would have their expert call back. No one has called back.

They were professional and responsive to email and phone calls. Came by and looked at yard while working a nearby job. Called and left detailed estimate. Decided to go with other company for less money. But certainly would be willing to consider them again.

Everything went smoothly. Pinehurst removed the old cracking walkway and concrete + stone tree well before another company removed the huge maple tree from our front yard. Then they slightly expanded the front porch, replacing the concrete and fieldstone with bluestone. It looks beautiful! I helped design the dual walkway from the house to the driveway and street, replacing the old cracking fieldstone walk with bluestone. They're just about finished now. Same masonry guys who installed the patrio 20 years ago. They arrived early each morning (except for rain) and left everything clean each evening. Meticulous in every step of the construction.

They are fast. Their price isn’t good. Their price is high. They answered the phone. They got back to me. They are very efficient in getting back to people. I would not use them in the future if I find someone less expensive.

We decided not to go with them. We found them on Angie's List. We also had two or three other companies out. They were very professional. We had no problems with the actual interaction with the representative. He was very nice. He came right on time.

The people at Pinehurst Nursery were very responsive. They came out right away. They looked at the job and gave us a lot of inputs. We went out to their nursery and looked at their plant material. Everything went perfectly. They came in and planted the tree. They actually came back when I told them that some questions related to landscaping. They came back and spent a lot of time with me. They were walking around the yard and making suggestions on how to go about things. I was very pleased with Pinehurst Nursery. We are planning to have them out here this spring to do some work in our yard.

I have used their service several times in the past. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. They have always done good work for us.

Pinehurst's nursery/grounds are very nice and allowed us to pick out the tree in advance. They emailed the quote with the contract and were very fast to respond to questions. They scheuled the date with us and were very flexible. When they planted the trees, they were fast, professional, and very good at working in the spaces given. The trees are amazing and well worth the price.

Everything went really well. We didn't end up using them because my husband did it himself. The gentleman that did come out to do the estimate was very prompt, courteous, and he knew what he was talking about.

The consulting was professional and courteous. The delivery and planting was prompt and well done. I was given care instructions for follow-up. The company voluntarily reduced the pricing, without my asking, after reconsidering the quality of trees needed. On delivery date, the company delivered better quality trees for a third of my order, without additional charge. Even prior to the adjustments, the pricing was fair.

They always do a great job. They are prompt and very professional.

They did excellent. People drive by and take one look at it and think it is one of the most excellent things they have even seen. They are top drawer. They are fair in their price.

We wanted some mature shrubs to get instant privacy on our west property line. We had heard that Pinehurst would be a good source. We stopped by their nursery on a Saturday morning late last summer (check their hours before going) and were not disappointed. They have a wide selection of trees and shrubs. After we looked around some, Robert not only helped us with questions about some of the shrubs we liked but took time to sketch out some ideas about how we could achieve our goals. We decided to have Robert come to the house and formalize a design and quote us a price. Robert was patient and helpful while we worked out some concerns about the scope of the project and the type of plants. Finally after we changed our minds a couple of times we came up with a good plan and went ahead with the work. We were and are pleased with the final product. Pinehurst was efficient at all phases.
