I called 1Plumber on 11-13-14, the appointment was made quickly for the next day. The plumber arrived promptly and was very polite. He had his credentials ready when I opened the door. Anyone who is security minded would appreciate this! I needed help with the shower diverter valve. I was told by a previous plumber that I needed a new one and that was why the water was flowing thru the shower head and the spout at the same time. I was just about to go out and buy one for more than $100.00, another Co. told me I needed a new bath and shower system , the present one is outdated. His cost is $500.00 to do. Found out by 1 Plumber that the handles performed in a coordinated manner. WOW!!!!!

It was OK, they would not provide a quote over the phone, wanted to come and see the project to take on the work or would have charged a site visit fee if they were not hired for the project. I was not please that I was charged $325 for a project that I have had done in the past that cost $100 to complete. The work was completed in 30-40 min. It is partially my fault that I got busy and didn't have time to connect w/ other companies for estimates and needed the work done and paid for that in the end. On the fence if I would recommend them to others.

I call 1Plumber on October 6. We were having a terrible odor from the basement. The sump pump was not working. When I called,they schedule me for an appointment on the same day, October 6. The technician was on time. He evaluated the situation in a professional and knowledgeable way for us to understand. He also made us aware of the Preferential Service which the company offered. We bought that as well. We scheduled an appointment to install a new sump pump on October 7. The technician arrived at 8:00 AM to installed the new sump pump. My Wife and I are very HAPPY!
