They were good and I had to use them again. The way the machine it was designed it wouldn't hook onto what I have so they have to do something else.

They installed a new toilet. He took photos and he showed me and I was so glad he did.

We were fixing a list of items discovered during our home inspection when selling our home. The provider took time to examine the leak and provide me with justification on the additional work needed. Although later, I realized the price was a little high, the work was completed that same day. The work was of high quality and done with the utmost professionalism.

I got a new water heater. I would recommend them and they were professional.

My water bills were sky high due to a leaking water service line on my side of the meter.  I also had an old tar paper (often called Orangeburg after the company) sewer drain pipe that was at the end of its service life and decaying.  I had gotten four quotes from plumbing companies on excavating and replacing the sewer drain pipe and water service line.  Elite Service Plumber came out with the second lowest price and offered a 5% discount if I paid with cash or check instead of credit card.
They did a great job replacing the water line, even without needing to cut into the built-in bookshelves that it runs behind in the basement.  Their first reaction was "we're going to have to cut a hole in those shelves," which horrified me.  But their plumbing skills really show in the fact that they were able to replace the water line behind the shelves.
Shawn Collins, the owner, has a good level of expertise and about two decades of plumbing experience.  He says his company specializes in excavating and replacing sewer drains and water lines.  He used subs for the excavation work, but they did a quality job and were professional.  The day after the excavation, he came himself after the work passed inspection to fill in the hole using a backhoe.  Then he came the next day with two other people to replace my two bushes and ornamental dogwood tree.  So it was a three day job altogether.
He did the best he could on the landscaping, but it was already November, so there was no point in spreading grass seed.  My front yard will look like a construction site until the spring when I can hire a landscaper to re-level the ground and replace the lawn.  The dirt has been settling unevenly and created a hole that I will need to fill by moving some of the dirt that is piled up elsewhere.

That was perfect. We had a couple of issues and he was able to diagnose and fix one of them and advise on the second.

i asked in advance about the exact service I wanted performed (replace a toilet) and if the big deal would apply. In writing this was confirmed through our email discussion. However, when they arrived, not only did they tell me the price would be several hundred dollars more than the big deal I had already paid for,the guy was very argumentative. Ultimately, I didn't want to lose the money I had already spent, and he was willing to come down a small amount and he was already there, so I had him replace the toilet and paid the additional cost, despite feeling totally deceived. 
He must have thought about what a jerk he was being because he later gave me a "coupon" for a discount on the next job... NOT A CHANCE!
on the upside, even though the high quality toilet ($800 toto) doesn't flush very thoroughly, it hasn't leaked, so the work was apparently adequate.

Great, quick.

They did well. I had a problem with one of my bathrooms and they came an looked at it and fixed it. The price was good.

The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. He also did a whole house inspection and gave me several good tips for some issues around my house.

Overall it went well. The first installation of the bib was not up to standard but they came back out and fixed it. The technician walked me through all the issues in the house and gave suggestions on how to address them.

Very professional. Explained clearly. They were late once ( came twice) but the Be.tway was bad that day.

The service was great.

I was not very impressed with the service. The plumber was trying to sell me other things and told me if I did not purchase them something bad would happen. I purchased the deal for them to unclog a toilet. The technician did not have to do much to the toilet to get it working again. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Very well done, fast. High Quality fixture installed.
