It wasn't anything out of ordinary. He was a confident man that did a confident job.

We were amazed and delighted to be able to get such fast and efficient service, especially durng the week between Christmas and New Year's when it's often hard to get service of any kind. We've used them subsequently for another computer problem, and the service was equally good. They have our highest praise and recommendation.

I sent an e-mail Sunday; was called at work on Monday, and Marc came out on Thursday- was finished within an hour. The total was less than I would have paid if I brought it in to the local store He asked me how I heard about hin and I told him Angie's List; he was surprised

Great. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. Good sense of humor! He was patient, and, as his logo indicates, he provides assistance in plain English. My computer worked much better with his help. After he left, I could not get onto the internet and called him to see if that problem was related to the computer work done earlier in the day. Though it wasn't related (my internet provider -- now that's another story!), Marc called the next day to follow up to see if it had been resolved. I had subsequent problems sending images via e-mail (I had not set up the properties section correctly), and Marc patiently worked me through that over the telephone -- during at least three different calls!
