I was charged additional time for the movers to return to their site which was not explained to me. It was also not described in the contract I signed not written into several email correspondence with Dima. This statement from Dima's email is pretty clear: 'Time starts when movers actually get to your place, you will be asked to indicate the start time on the contract and when move is completed, you will be asked again to indicate the finish time. The difference is what you will be charged. ' I don't see a mention of 'paying for our movers to return to their location'. I was also charged an exorbitant $135 for a few rolls of tape and a few feet of bubble wrap. I do not recommend this service because of the 'hidden' charges. I only expect honesty from a contractor and I believe that Dima was not honest in explaining costs. I wrote several emails to him and none of them mentioned paying additional hours for the movers to return to their office. I offered Dima several chances to compromise on his 'oversight' but he was not willing to do that. So hopefully this review will caution others from using this service.

These guys are good and I would definitely recommend. Professional, prompt, and careful with our stuff and new home.

They were professional, on time, efficient and did a great job. They were very cautious of my items and nothing was dragged down a hallway.

Went awesome - really couldn't have better - great value ... the guys were responsive from the booking and through the actual move ... I've moved many times - these guys were top notch.

The manager was very responsive and polite from the start. He brought a team of four people (including himself) who were very nice and polite during the moving. They also took great care of our furniture and always asked us the way we wanted it to be done so they could meet our expectations. They worked very hard and completed the moving in a very quick and professional manner. We heard nightmares about movers, but not these guys. They were simply great! We gladly recommend them.

It couldn't have gone better! Communication was excellent both before and during the move. Dimitry and Andre treated everything with care and excellent organization. I had boxes all through the house and some were marked for GARAGE, and none put in the wrong place. They disassembled furniture, and everything was setup as needed in my new home. The team used both their muscles and their heads to work together smoothly and efficiently. They started at 9:15 am and finished by 3pm, and that included a 120 mile drive and a lunch time. Dimitry had come to my house to do an estimate 1 week earlier and gave me a flat rate.... and it was exactly what I paid, no extra charges added. The cost was only 1/3 of the estimate of another super service award winner! I strongly recommend that you consider them for your move.

Great. They quickly responded to my initial inquiry and also quickly responded to several follow-up questions I had. They confirmed with an email the date before the move date. They called when they were leaving and when they arrived. I had a two hour move rate, with additional costs for any extra hours. As things progressed about one hour and twenty minutes into the move, I was trying to rush the movers along and the lead gentleman said don't worry we will get in done in two hours and they did. They did not rush, the padded everything well. No problems. Also no hidden fees (some other companies offer deals and when you get the contract there are all these additional fees for moving blankets, tape, steps, etc.).

Simple and easy. The guys were great and very professional.

It was very smooth. The company was quick to respond and the movers were great. We had a 4 man crew and they wrapped and packed everything to make sure our items were safe. They did the whole move in under the 3 hours.

Very, very well. I hired them because Stefan quoted me a fair price and he was knowledgeable about how to move my biggest pieces of furniture. I was most impressed that all 4 men had very good attitudes and were eager to do a good job. They wrapped the big pieces that we could not fit in boxes and they were very careful with my possessions. For just every piece and every box, they asked me where they should put them. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Team was on time, pleasant and professional. They completed the move faster than expected.

It went great! They were the first of the several movers I contacted through Angie's List to get back to me. They also had the best prices and deal by a long-shot. Also, if you pay cash, you get an extra 5% discount, which I did. On moving day, while they were a little later than we had initially agreed to, they called to let me know they were running late due to a prior job and gave me another estimated time for arrival, which was fine. Once they got to the townhouse--at exactly when they had predicted-- they were professional, quick and did things safely. They moved the furniture to my basement efficiently and without any damage to anything. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this company. They were terrific!

How did it go?- The crew showed up on time. Stepan and his partner was very nice and worked fast. I am happy with the service. The price was reasonable compared with they had to work under very cold weather.

Stay away from this company. A lot of hidden charges and charged for excessively long breaks. Told them to let me know before they charged me for packing supplies and they did not.

Nice professional moving guys. The labor rate was fair and the guys worked hard. But was surprised at the end by the total cost. The packaging material ended up being half the overall cost, as they charge crazy prices on the boxes tape, bubble wrap etc. They probably have a 90% margin on the packaging material.

Stepan was very prompt in responding to my inquiries about the move and pricing. I needed to schedule the move on Christmas Eve. While some other companies were closed, Pro100movers was very accommodating. Eric and his 2-member crew came on time and very efficient and professional. They wrapped up everything very carefully, disassembled the beds, and reassembled them at the destination. They also took the old mattresses, box springs and dressers away for disposal. Although they charged by the hour, they did not waste any time. Total price was less than I had anticipated. I would strongly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Movers were punctual, polite, and professional. Efficient work and very reasonably price. The customer service is also responsive and process things quickly and accurately. I had to change my moving dates a couple of times and these folks were very accommodating. Overall, excellent service!

It went very well. They are all professionals and take a lot of care into not damaging the house or the items. I can tell that they try hard not to hit the walls which I know that other crews can be a problem. These guys really care in protecting the home as well as the individual items. They wrapped almost everything up. In my opinion, there were other ways to protect it like reusable covers. One thing that I considered a negative is the price for the packing materials do add up and they aren't cheap from the list. The service was $430 but packaging ended up over $300 which is something you can't know ahead of time. I am sure those of us that would prefer a flat fee. The service was overall very good.

Great. Eric recommended shrink wrapping both pieces for protection in storage unit. The two man team was careful in removing the sleep sofa and chest of drawers.

Their price was much better than others, and I was concerned that the cost would be higher, but decided to give it a try based on their high Angie’s List ratings. The ratings were correct. The final cost was very close to the estimate. I saved a ton of money and got great service. What else could I ask for?
