Description of Work: This company is completely unprofessional. We packed our 1BR Apt ourselves in plastic lend-a-box containers which come with their own dollies and packing supplies. All was ready to go when the movers arrived. They worked hard for about 30 minutes and then we would catch them several times standing around talking. These were not regular breaks. They were intentionally running the time so that we had to pay more later. We talked to them about it and they were very snippy in response. They continued the terrible work ethic and even took double the time to get to the move-in location. We spoke with their manager and ended up in a screaming match in our home which ended up with them bringing our items in to the door entrance without moving items to the various rooms.

Just nice, competent, professional guys who happen to be very strong! Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I move often and so this company fits that need perfectly without the exorbitant costs the other guys charge. What's more is that they are licensed and insured. I appreciate their prompt reply, especially in instances where I moved the very last minute. All in all, excellent and growing company! Ask for Mike and tell him Segovia sent you!

We were in a tight spot because we had to move two rooms of furniture, more or less, from a deceased relatives home, and we were planning to do it ourselves until my husband had an emergency surgery. (He's fine) We couldn't do the move ourselves and had only 3 days to get it scheduled. Al, the person we dealt, set it all up in a simple series of emails, requiring no deposit or anything. The movers were supposed to show up at 9 AM, they were on time and faster than the estimate, even though we had several extra items I had forgotten about. AND they were willing to do a second stop if we needed to (charging only for time). The two movers were nice, helpful, careful, strong and fast. I have moved many times and had a variety of experiences with professional movers doing local and long distance moves, and this was BY THE BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with moving. I highly recommend them. And there are 17 steps from the curb to our front door -- and they didn't charge a thing for that.
