They were very professional. The guys were very friendly. They provided me all equipments which necessery and the price was reasonable.

initially, I was very satisfied with the movers. They showed up at approx. 9:30 AM, and got to work once a loading dock snafu was cleared up. We had rented plastic stack-able containers for the move and that greatly helped with the speed that we were moved. We also had a large 89" couch that several movers had had trouble with and despite the lowered ceiling and the tiny elevator, were able to get it into the elevator smoothly on the first try. The apartment in Reston was a 2 flight walkup but they did not complain. The reason why I rated them poorly is because of the damage they caused. Unfortunately I did not see it before this weekend because they moved us on a Monday and we left the country 2 days later, returning 2 weeks later. They damaged one of our dressers, our wall, and spilled one of our products on the carpet and did not tell us. When they plastic wrapped one of our dressers, they first wrapped a couple of inches around a knob as an anchor before they started to wrap the whole dresser. When I got around to cutting off all of the plastic wrap, I found that they had bent the knob and screw so I will have to replace that. They also caused a dent in the wood. When I returned this Saturday for the official move out cleaning, I noticed that there was a 4 in. by 2 in. chunk of wall missing by our door. It was down to the metal! Unfortunately that will be coming out of our security deposit. When I went into the apartment, I observed that in our bedroom, a small bottle had been upended and left so that it had fully poured into our carpet causing a deep stain. Also, we had obtained permission from our complex to dump an item of furniture in the basement garage area for pickup but the movers refused to do so saying that they would be liable for any damages from our complex- even after I offered to write and sign a waiver saying that I would assume liability. By doing so, I had to cancel the cleaners and carpet cleanings I had scheduled for the next day, and had to pay someone $170 to take my chair to the dump! I wanted to like them, but collectively between the damages, double checking with my boyfriend for instructions about each item in the move and the refusing to dump an item in the designated garbage area, I will not be using them for a future move or saying anything positive to friends and neighbors.

The did a great job. They wrapped everything and I was very happy. I would hire them again. They use a lot of tape and boxes (for tvs) and then charge for that ($200+) for me. That being said, I was happy and I would use them again. They were on time and very professional. If you buy the big deal, dont expect to not spend anymore than that. There will be extra charges unless they are just moving boxes and no furniture.

Mover has minimal insurance and refuses to cover damage they cause to your home. They scratched up the door frame leading into my house from the garage and kicked off a metal transition at the top of the stairs leading into the house form the garage, but their contract absolves them of all responsibility. I didn't see the contract until after I purchased the coupon on Angie's List, and they would not amend it. Because I needed to move within a couple of days of seeing the contract, I didn't have a choice but to accept their terms. Bad deal. Office staff was rude. Movers were okay. They were polite, but the move shouldn't have taken nearly as long as it did. A lot of the furniture that was in the condo was staying for the new owner and it took them about nine hours to move one bedroom set, a love seat, two desks, a 36" dining table w/two chairs, three other pieces of furniture, and about 40 boxes. I purchased a coupon for $220 for three hours of moving and 15% off supplies. They automatically charged one hour for travel, even though my condo was two miles from their site. They charged a lot for supplies. Not sure if they even took the 15% off. By the time they finished, I just really wanted them out of my house, so I paid them quickly to get rid of them. Update 4/13/16: I had them move exactly what I mentioned here. The additional stop was less than a mile from the condo and had only boxes (included in the count above). It took nine hours to move relatively little and it shouldn't have. Furthermore, it's disgraceful that a vendor would accuse me of lying. This is my review of the service I received. I stand by it. There's no benefit to me misleading anyone.

The two movers were courteous and worked quickly. The move was completed in 2 hours. I would use this mover again.

.The movers arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. They took great care with all of our things and bubbled-wrapped pictures and mirrors. We had been dreading surprises because the last time we moved with someone else, they doubled the price when they got there, saying we had more stuff than they had been led to believe; they charged us four times what Pro 100 Movers charged, even though we have more stuff now than we did then. We are so glad we checked Angie's List!

I had used this company before and they proved just as great. 3 men showed up and quickly go to work. We had some items in the attic and asked if they could bring those down and they did it with hesitation. We were moving from a 2 level condo to a 3 level townhouse. They took our beds down and put them back together. We don't plan to move for quite awhile, but if I had to, would use again. And I recommended them to our neighbors who were moving the following week. Great service

The move went very well. Nothing lost and nothing broken. Able to move some large and heavy items down and up narrow stairs. They were very friendly and professional. They had no problem moving furniture to different rooms to see if it "fit" better somewhere else. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I don't have to.

The two movers were nice and hard workers. I felt they could have been a little more careful as some of the walls had scuff marks once they were done.

The three guys who moved us were awesome! They made sure the move went smoothly and did it in a timely manner.

They were fast and efficient, and made the move in the two hour window allotted for the deal I bought.

Max and Dee were friendly, professional and showed up right on time. They had our entire apartment moved in one trip, taking extra care with our furniture. It did take longer than the two hours allotted in the deal, but they charged a very reasonable hourly fee after that and were able to get the whole thing done in 4 hours. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends.

The movers showed up right on time, worked quickly, were careful with our property (including the house!), and did an amazing job of fitting our stuff onto the CONEX. Will definitely hire them for phase 2!!!

A 3 man crew showed up right on time and got to work they moved me out and into the new home within 3 hours. They were willing to do anything I asked as far as to put the furniture back together and the whole move went very smoothly. The gentlemen that worked were very professional and respectful. I would hire them again!!

My experience with them was great. They were very professional. They were running a little bit late because traffic was really bad that day, but they didn't mark that against my time. They did a really good job in terms of getting everything into the house. We have a narrow hallway house so they had to be really creative with getting some of the stuff upstairs. They were willing to work with us to get everything we needed up there. Overall, just a very pleasant interaction. They were very, very efficient which I appreciated. They were being paid by the hour, although, they were really, really fast. The way that the contractors wrote the deal was a little confusing. We ended up doing an hour over. The total time they did with us was for 3 hours. They calculated the time to drive from Rockwell headquarters to D.C. as a part of the moving time for the truck. They charged me 1 hour over. In regards to their prices, they seemed very competitive.

The movers were very professional, working quickly but carefully. There was no damage of any sort and everything got to where we wanted it.

I needed to move on short notice. Thank you, Angie's List, for your listing of Great Deals, so I could find someone quickly whom I felt good about moving my goods. Pro100movers offered just what I needed -- 2 guys and a truck for 2 hours, for a special deal of $220. The company requests an extra $100 for pianos -- it's a reasonable request. First, you fill out a form online to tell the company what you need moved. The form is clear and easy to fill out. Then you sign a contract online -- also clear, easy to fill out, easy to understand, and a fast process. The movers called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to let me know they were on their way. They arrived a little early. They were highly professional, respectful, fast, careful, and incredibly strong. They used ample blankets and packing supplies to make sure nothing was broken. They didn't charge me for the packing supplies (shrinkwrap, tape, etc.), even though the contract spells out exactly how much these items would cost. They hustled to finish within the two hours so that I wouldn't have to pay extra, but they were still careful. They patiently positioned my furniture in my new place exactly where I asked. The team did a great job. They worked hard and were efficient. Nothing was damaged. And they remained friendly and professional despite terribly hot weather.

BEST MOVE EVER!! I have moved several times in the past 15 years (by family and friends and moving companies) and this was by far the best of them all. The crew of three (3) showed up on time and diligently worked all morning to move my items from one residence to another. They finished within the time I had allotted, so I didn't have any surprises about the price. Items broken / mangled - ZERO. Aggravation / frustration / stress factor (scale of 1 - 10) - ONE (it is moving day after all). SO worth the price!!

Once you use this moving company you will want to tell everyone you know about them and I guarantee they will be the only moving company you'll ever want to use going forward. We've used them twice now to move my mom's household belongings and both times the 2 guys who helped (2 different guys each time) could not have been more kind and polite and worked very quickly and efficiently. They are incredibly professional. They took great care with things and were very communicative with alerting us to setting aside things they knew we were trying to store separately, as they were coming across these items while packing up the room. Once we got to the storage facility, they were almost done with the loading of the items in the storage unit by the time I was done signing the contracts at the storage unit office! They stacked and stored everything perfectly. The two guys from today were also just fun to work with - they were very personable and you could tell they were just nice guys and that their work mattered to them in terms of helping their clients. We also found them very flexible as we'd actually scheduled the move originally for Saturday and they came right on time (they have always been very punctual!) but unfortunately the room was just a disaster and we didn't have boxes as we hadn't requested any so they were very accommodating and agreed to come back the next day with boxes in hand. I tell everyone I know who needs movers to call this company. We love working with them! And I have to say it's the people they hire who we deal with that make the experience with this company so great. Hopefully they will always have this caliber of people. We happily tip these guys well for their hard and conscientious work!
