+ 0 moreI just downsized from a single family dwelling to a condo. I had Mr. Molinas paint the condo and then after I moved he painted my house and made repairs so that it will be in shape to go on the market. The work completed on time, on budget, and with class.
Description of Work: Colors and Solutions is a small painting company owned by Henry Molinas. In the last ten years,I have used the company on many exterior and interior paint jobs in my home, my new condo, and in a rental property. I highly recommend the company and Mr. Molinas who is easy to work with and extremely professional. The quality of his work is high. He takes great pride in his work. His small crew is well trained and carefully supervised. Painters' prices vary widely, I have discovered over the years. Mr. Molinas tends to be on the high side, but the value and service he provides is well worth whatever extra cost there may be. During the painting process, he provides quite a few extra services such as minor repairs, often without extra charge. He is careful to clean up well. Mr. Molinas does what he says he will do. He is a delightful person with excellent English. He knows colors very well.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Henry was the painting crew supervisor for a painting company that we had used in the past. We really preferred Henry over his employer, so we were glad to see that he now had his own company. He did excellent work. He even purchased and varnished our front door, which was not part of the contracted work.
Description of Work: Henry and his crew painted all our exterior trim, which included sanding and priming. They also replaced all the deteriorating weather stripping around our windows.
