+ 0 moreDan and his crew were very professional and skilled in their demolition of the existing structures, keeping their work site clean and minimizing and repairing collateral damage as much as possible (invisible fence for dogs, sprinkler system and plantings). Their work met and exceeded our expectations and we were also very pleased with his recommended contractor for completion of the railings around the patios ( see review for wrought iron company). He also arranged for needed removal of several trees and repaired an existing garden lighting system. All prior customers who we spoke to were thrilled with his work both for hardscape and landscape work. The cost was higher than originally thought due to the need to replace the broken brick wall and the code requirements for the railings but he consciously tried to hold costs down without compromising quality.
Description of Work: We had two large brick and flagstone patios (front and back) and walkways on retaining walls on a steep hill which had to be replaced. A brick wall under the house which also had broken and shifted and had to be replaced as an integral part of the support of the back patio. All were replaced on the prior footprint with pavers for walks, steps, retaining walls and patios with roof downspouts rerouted into drainage pipes to run under the patios.
