Contracted at least one month in advance for the move. When talking on the phone the owner stressed how service oriented they were and decided to give them a try. On the morning of the move I got a call that he could not locate his men and he would call me back within 1 hour. Never recieved a call until the afternoon and said maybe they could be there in the afternoon. We ended up renting a truck and moving ourselves. Keep in mind we are not in great health and not used to this type of work. Needless to say Snowden movers really let us down and at the very least reimburse us for the rental truck. We have used other movers and had great experiences but the experience with Snowden turned out to be a nighmare.

James and his team did a fantastic job in moving our furniture and belongings. He was in touch the morning of the move to let us know that he was running behind due to traffic. When the team arrived they introduced themselves and were very courteous. The took great care in moving our personal belongings. They wrapped the furniture and mattresses to make sure nothing would be damaged. Once they arrived to the new location they were very careful with the walls as they moved the furniture and boxes. Overall they were quick, professional, friendly and kind. J.S. Moving was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using them in the future.
